Went to taco bell tonight and this woman tara was so kind and made it so we had an amazing experience. She had great customer service and went above and beyond to make us happy. Today was a rough day for us, thank you tara for your kindness!!!

Great friendly service from the night crew!

Been going to this location pretty much every week for about a year, they've only gotten my order wrong once. That's an excellent track record for fast food. The people who work here are cool and friendly. As for the food, hey, it's taco bell, you already know whether you like it or not.

The best taco bell in RI besides coventry hands down

The staff made this an exceptional experience. When I ordered a black bean item and it was all out, they mentioned they could sub refried bean options instead and did so for several items. It's not on the menu and the staff went out of their way. Probably the best fast food experience I've had. Bald Hill Rd, RI.

Bald Hill Taco Bell is almost always quick, easy ordering, and great customer service. One time, I was just getting a Baja Blast just past midnight and a worker asked if that Taco Bell was my favorite, which I replied with “yes”. He then paid for my drink! Awesome dude. I went there yesterday (2/9/22) and I love that they’ve implemented biodegradable straws; I would give an extra star for this if I could!

The Taco Bell on Bald Hill Rd. is fantastic. The portion size is great. The crew over there really knows how to work together. Your food is always correct and always on time. Highly recommend.

Recently I stopped by this particular Taco Bell because I was starving from running about doing Xmas shopping and traffic on Route 2 is absolutely horrendous in December.

My order was delivered hot and fresh. The taco shell was crisp. The bean burritos were delicious. However…

…I had splurged for a steak quesadilla. I don’t know what magic happened in the kitchen that day, but my quesadilla hit like a 6 course dining experience at a two star Michelin restaurant.

The misery of shopping in close proximity to Xmas on the abomination that is Route 2 with Rhode Island drivers floated away. As I drove south and passed the Hobby Lobby and PriceRite, my consciousness entered into a state of nirvana.

I love Taco Bell. Easily my favorite fast food. The only thing that can ruin your experience is taking too long to eat the food. If you live too far from a Taco Bell, eat it in the parking lot, don't take it home, cold tacos are the worst.
Update every time I use a delivery service I get 0 sauce packets.

Went at a busy time - long line - ,moved quickly. Person taking the order was friendly and very attentive - made sure the order was correct without overdoing. A big smile when we went to pay. Pickup was safe, fast, and correct.

Had a large order placed online for p/u thru the drive thru . Only needed name and order number and boom is was ready quickly and most importantly correctly not one mistake great job

Delicious for fast food tacos, not a bad place to work order is usually correct and if not it gets fixed no issie, fast service as well.

The food is great, as always. They have kiosks where you can place your order with a touchscreen display. You can edit/alert some dishes here. It helps if you're like me and want to take the time to browse the menu by category and not feel rushed to have to place your order at at the counter. Then you can pay cash at the counter after you complete your order. The staff was really nice.

We went through the drive thru and it was a little bit backed up. The girl at the window was very pleasant. Everything in the bags was correct. Food was hot and the chalupas were full. You can't ask for more than that.

Typical taco bell. Good service, moves the line inside and drive thru quickly. Decent seating area inside and the menu options at the Warwick RI location are plenty

Working in the fast food industry is very difficult, but working hard getting to know the routine, know your customers and having a great attitude makes your shift and overall job easier!! Nicole is great she is on OT always has a smile saying her name, and letting customers know that they have time to order and not to feel rushed. Thanks Nicole be proud of what you do!!!

My favorite taco bell around! Beats the one in Coventry in every way. They're way faster and it doesn't look like they just threw all the taco ingredients into a paper bag. Seriously, what is up with the Coventry Taco Bell?

Great drive thru service 3/24/23 around 5:30pm. Food was good, hot and fast.
