Shawna in the Walgreen Pharmacy is very helpful and wonderful to work with. She really helps explain how to work with your insurance to get the coverage for the prescriptions you need. Thank you Shawna!

I can’t say enough about the pharmacist here! She’s the SHOT WHISPERER. If you have kids who hate getting shots, TAKE THEM TO HER.

My son has a medical issue, and has been given shots and poked with needles more times than I care to count. Heck, I give him a growth hormone shot every morning at the breakfast table. So when I say he’s an expert on receiving shots, I mean it. He said the two shots he received here (covid booster and flu) were PRETTY MUCH PAINLESS. He said they were the easiest and least painful shots he’s ever received IN HIS LIFE. It actually surprised him, because he was expecting the same level of pain as the first two covid shots he received. He didn’t even know shots could be this easy.

We will be coming here for all our shots moving forward. Don’t let the exterior fool you. This might be a bare bones Pharmacy-only Walgreens, but the pharmacist here is a ROCKSTAR in my son’s eyes (and therefore my eyes). She needs a raise and a brand new Walgreens building built just for her. We will gladly drive the 45 minutes each way from Greensboro to get our shots here.
