Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

This was my first time trying Rising Canes. The place was very busy but the service was good. The cashier helped us understand their menu and was patient with us while we decided what to order. The chicken fingers were delicious, crispy, and juicy. 100 recommended

The food is pretty good but what really stood out to us was the service. After getting home with our drive through order we realized we were missing an item so we reached out to support. We got a callback from Jacob who was very willing to rectify the issue. When we went back into the store the staff, (Jacob included) were very helpful and motivated to fix any mistakes made. It’s been a while since we encountered such good customer service.

I Went to Raising Cane’s, had a good experience, service was quick, food was good, and everything was clean. I’m glad there’s one close to my home, overall good experience

Went through drive thru for pick up, had super fast service, and good hot food! Hubby enjoyed this meal so much. This is the second time this week he wanted lunch from here.

At this location I've only had one small hiccup, but they fixed it immediately with no problem.

Either here or the Crystal lake locations are my go to. (Usually Crystal lake since it's by all the stores I go to).

Love the food, love the portion size for the price. (Couple hack: buy the caniac combo... It's the box combo for 2 people put into one, and if neither of you likes Cole slaw like us, swap it out with the bread or more fries.... *Or vice versa*)

Me and my 4 friends came here today (3.3.24) and were delighted. Staff was super helpful and kind. Great food;didn't have to pay much.

The employees were so friendly and had a contagiously positive attitude even less than an hour before closing on a Saturday night! Fast service. Delicious.
