Jack's

Mangerment is great. A great place to take the family and enjoy a football game on a Sunday. Had a problem with the food and they had no feelings about making it right. Really put a smile on my face. Good people. This not a complaint this is appreciation for good service!

The Jack's at Hayden has improved since my last visit couple months ago. A new district(?) manager has come on the scene hopefully making a difference.
In years past I have especially liked Jack's fries. However, the Hayden location's fries were not good. The fries I received yesterday were the way I remembered. Yea!!

Trent showed us amazing customer service! Even when we had to wait a little bit on the phone…. I’ll wait all day long for great service like that.

I absolutely loved this place. Will definitely be going back!!! They need to expand!! I need one closer to me!!!

On a girl's trip, I met a group of fellow travelers there so one could ride the rest of the way to our destination with me. Construction such a mess there, so Jacks was easier access than the other places. Clean bathrooms and food is excellent!

The cashier kylie was so sweet and helpful with my order !! And Tammy the manager was wonderful and helping her team.

Got my food quick! Good quality food and staff was friendly!

They do go the extra mile to make you happy. I was impressed :)

I met Mr. Nathan at the register as I place my order. He was super down to earth and cool. I felt as if I was at home in this Hayden Jack's establishment thanks to him... The jack corporation should probably get a DNA sample from him and clown him to work at each location. Iv never felt that welcomed at a fast food restaurant in my life!!🥰🥰

These poor people were understaffed today but they are working their hardest. I appreciate what they're doing and have been in that situation myself. The woman in charge was so kind and was being such a good boss making sure her employees were doing okay as everyone rushed around and helped each other out, all while taking orders, filling orders, and trying to find help from other stores. They all need and deserve a raise.

I got to say this slaw is some of the best I have had in a long time. I want to give this location a five star rating.

Honestly, hard to beat for fast food fried chicken. Everything is fresh and made to order, and the service is good. Brought little brother over here since he's from out of state where they do not have Jack's and he was impressed lol.

It use to not be as good, but the employees here now are friendly and patient. They always make my anxious dachshund feel better cause they are so sweet. Great chicken tenders, never forget to get comeback sauce, it’s so good.

The people that work there are so nice it's a really always a good experience together and eat

I love the new location. It is clean and well organized. Everyone is kind and ready to serve you. I have been very impressed by the quality, flavor, and price of the food.

Never disappoints with a delicious hot breakfast and this particular location is excellent at getting everyone in & outta the drive thru very quickly so people aren’t late for work.

Great restaurant... for Fast Food. Good Burger. Sauce spread out, which is rare! The fries were good, crinkle (the best). Chicken Fingers were excellent. Side salad was just shredded iceberg they use for the sandwiches... so that was a little disappointing but overall. Quick. Good for the price. Yum!

This is our standby as far as fast food. We ate all of our cheese burger only to realize at the last bite we didn't have cheese😁

they just opened the new Jack's right next to the old one on Highway 31 in Warrior. I went through the new Jack's drive-thru on the first day it was open and and a nice experience with the staff. The food is always excellent. And the old Jack's that is next door has already been torn down and is being turned into a parking lot for the brand new Jack's. I have also a nice wrap around porch that gives you sort of a Cracker Barrel feel.

I absolutely LOVE this Jacks location! I go for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food has always been fresh and hot, well except for the shakes - they are cold! Friendly staff that takes the time and effort to call me by my name. That means a great deal to me.
