So I was going through a nasty battle with the mother of my daughter where I was arrested for “aggravated stalking” against her. Upon hiring Shepard law firm I had so much anxiety and anxiousness of what could possibly happen w these false accusations my “victim” was making against me. During my consultation w Elizabeth she ensured me she was on my side and understood that you ARE actually innocent until proven guilty. At Shepard law firm I was treated with priority and like I meant something more then a pay check. The end result of my case was getting the felony thrown out and 6months probation for violating a no contact order. The state wouldn’t come down off 30 months, but with this legal team they are persistent and do not mind playing hard ball when needed. We had bill gunter as our attorney. We have hired him a couple times. He communicates everything with you and anytime you need him he is available. He truly does care about his clients. He was able to get us a good deal and we were very happy with everything he did for us.

I had a DUI charge earlier this year and am so grateful to have found Madeline Roney! She charges fairly, she is honest and will go through the whole process and what to expect and different strategies. She never missed a court date and was able to get my charge dropped conpletely. She kept me updated and answered any questions I had and gave wonderful advice. If I know anyone that gets into trouble I will be recommending her.

Overall I would HIGHLY recommend this law firm to anyone in need of proper representation. The cost of service is reasonable and all of the staff were very polite and professional. They represented and fought for me for 2 years, and in that time I was only able to come up with 1 single complaint, being the communication between the Lawyers and the client being less that I would have liked. When I spoke with the lawyers I was given exact information, no guesses, nothing behind the back, no beating around the bush, just straight honest facts. If I'm ever in need again, I will go back to them in a heartbeat. I would rate 10 stars if it were an option.
