My three puppies just LOVE Everything about this place! When we go to the store they treat my babies like family! I have also been feeding them their food and treats since my babies have been puppies! They offer the best customer service ever! And the free delivery is just so helpful for my crazy life with this pack! And they also make the cutest bandanas for every season/ holiday!

This is easily the best place in the greater Jacksonville Area to get pet supplies from. The staff is incredibly efficient, kind, and caring. It’s the kind of place that understands pets are apart of our families. From restocking the website so I was able to order a delivery of dog food to them answering the phone on a closed day. We need more amazing businesses like this. By the people, for the people.

I just wanted to give Pet Wants a quick shout out!! This place is AWESOME. I’m very happy they opened a store front (more importantly my pup is). When we leave BrewHound my dog literally pulls me to their door! They have a huge selection of REAL treats and chews! They also have fresh real dog and cat food!! Which of course is what my pup eats! Some of his favorite treats are the chicken hearts, beef liver, and now the Halloween cookies!! We can’t wait for the thanksgiving ones to hit the shelf! He loves the bully dusted beef cheek chews and the beef tendons! Keeps him occupied! The staff including the owner are VERY friendly and personable. I swear the owner knew my dogs name by our 2nd visit. Go check them out you won’t be disappointed!! 11 out of 10!

I had a great experience today, super friendly owners and let my husband chew their ears off cause damn my hubby can talk. I just loved on their dog the whole time. Lots of good knowledge and experience here. Will definitely be coming back for more good and healthy treats for my fur babies.

If you do not spoil your pups at pet wants you need to start. There is not a treat in that store my dog does not like. On top of that, the owner Nick is so knowledgeable…he remembered what food I was feeding my dog 8 years ago and knows everything there is to know about every product on their shelves and new products coming. They always greet you with a treat for your pup and any questions you have answered. Besides the prescriptions from my vet this is the ONLY pet shop I use my dog diesel and all future dogs I will have. If I could give them 100 stars I would. I physically can not say enough good things!

Nick and Hannah are some of the most amazing pet parents! Fair prices and the quality is out of this world. I love that i can pick and choose my amounts and recipes to be sent over. The delivery is always on time and well worth it. Our dogs and cat never seem to get bored with their food and treats like before. The treat options are amazing. Some of our pet favorites are chicken hearts, freeze dried minnows, beef jerky, chicken jerky and last but not least, the freeze dried salmon. Their coats have never been softer, their bowels have never been so regular and random regurgitation has all but been eliminated since changing to their food. Any review on here that is a one star is spam. Check them out for yourself. You will not be disappointed. Your pet will not be either!!

My dogs LOVE the food and having it delivered is amazing. I was cooking dog food, which was difficult while working full time then I tried human grade powdered dog food that became hard to find. I finally tried Pet Wants after seeing them at several festivals and I am really happy I did (so are my two dogs!). One time I miscalculated the amount I needed and Hannah was extremely nice about it - food was delivered the next day. I can't thank Hannah and Nick enough!

Our pup loves her some Pet Wants!! We have a Great Dane with a very sensitive stomach. This is the only food she can eat that agrees with her! And the treats work like a charm. Recommend anything and everything!!

Barley, Pipere and I all love Pet Wants! We go to Brewhound Dog Park and my dogs nose the way straight to the store in front plaza. We loved the airstream when it was at Brewhound but storefront now is even more amazing! Even has a fog wash station! Oh my dogs get a meet and great treat and pets. Their snacks and pet food are awesome . The accessories support local as well! Ok just saying we kinda like them. 🥰

My pup had all kinds of stomach issues from the time I brought him home until 9 months when I switched to Petwants salmon food. Zero issues in over a year now. He clearly loves the treats too. 🙌

I started out with the freeze fried minnows for my kitten. At first she didn't know what to do with them, other than play with them. Now she gobbles them up INSTEAD of playing with them. Then I migrated her over to the cat/kitten food 2 weeks ago, and she LOVES it. I have noticed her having more energy if that's even possible for a kitten, but she is unstoppable now. Lola's breath doesn't stink, her fur is very soft and very shiny. It's like night and day with her versus the old cat food that she was previously on. So, thank you guys for doing this for our pets. I can't wait to experience the pet food truck now. :)

I’ve been using Pet Wants for three months or so, ever since I adopted my puppy. They are great, their prices and food quality make me feel like I’m doing something right. My dog loves all their natural treats.

5 out of 5 from my fur babies and I! I am a nurse and was at work one day at the hospital, and in my haste to leave the house I forgot to leave Pet Wants access to our neighborhood. The guard attempted to call me, but I was unable to answer the call at that time. I emailed an apology to Pet Wants immediately, and they offered to come back that night and redeliver the food for my pups! I was SO grateful! Not only did they come BACK to my house, they left it quietly on the porch (it was late in the evening) so as not to disturb my dogs! They have our business for life! Wonderful customer service! My fur babies also LOVE their bandanas and bones that they stock!

Our pup LOVES her PetWants Lamb and Brown Rice food! She literally begs for it an hour before meal time every day! We use it as a supplement to her homemade food, and couldn't be happier!

I love Pet Wants! Their pet food is very healthy and fresh. Usually within 2 days of putting in my order they deliver it right to my front door! Recently my dog was not eating much, and this was not normal for him. I told them about the problem, and within minutes they dropped off a variety of samples of other foods that he might like. They thought switching the protein in his diet would help, and it did! They since have checked in to see how he is doing. They have great customer service, and really care for animals!

For the first 2 years of having our dog we were buying new brands of dog food every 2-3 months trying to find something she would eat and was also okay with her allergies. Ever since we found pet wants she has had zero problems with eating. She absolutely loves the food and we feel good knowing we are giving her something good for her. The customer service is amazing! Highly recommend this Pet Wants!

I've been with Pet Wants here in Jacksonville Beach for 3 years or so now and I've never been so impressed by a family-owned business like this before. I originally was just looking to change my dogs kibble and then learned more about the freshness and quality. My dog used to have problems with allergies but it ended up having to do with his diet. Once I switched to pet wants, he's never had another issue and is as healthy as can be! I also purchase meal enhancers and goodies from their dog food truck when they are Brewhound. He loves the staff and so do I.

Also, the delivery feature is spectacular if you're local. It always arrives on time. I called Nick the other day because I was running low and forgot to place an order. He said he would have someone take some food out to me by the end of the day just to hold me over until they deliver the rest. It was so thoughtful and really made my day. Thank you for all that you do for this community.

I met Nick at Brew Hound last weekend. From the moment I stepped into the Pet Wants trailer, I was super impressed...not only with Nick's knowledge, but with his mission to provide dogs with the freshest dog food in the local area. I purchased a "food flight" for a very reasonable price. My German Shepherd Loki has only tried the chicken, but boy, did he love it. I also purchased a cheese stick, which Loki would have eaten in one evening...had I let him! I appreciate that Pet Wants has a variety of flavors, because it could prevent pups like mine from getting bored of the same thing, twice a day, everyday. The prices for Pet Wants dog food is actually very reasonable, considering what I normally pay for a 30 pd bag of food. Give Pet Wants a try. You will not be disappointed.
