I've been receiving my mail at this address for years, and I haven't experienced any missing items. They always notify me when packages arrive, and they even helped me with heavy packages during my move. I have no complaints.

I just stopped in to have two, Livescan fingerprints done. The young man was super helpful because I had no clue what was actually required. He was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The fees were reasonable.

Hours listed they were open until 4 PM, but They were closed for a wedding. Even though I didn’t make it in time, the sign posted mentioned they would be open early than normal! It’s amazing they seem to really care about their customers.

Amazing service. Watching her handle every aspect of her business with such ease was amazing. I managed a UPS store in Palmdale for two years and played all these hats.
Best we can do as customers is be just as patient and appreciative. I've found my new shipping center and other services.

The owner of the store is absolutely great work with. He always goes above and beyond when helping people in the community. In addition, as a mobile notary, they have always been great to work with. Their reps are extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to support what they can around a busy schedule. I highly recommend this establishment as they always keep the customer in mind.

I really love the customer service of this store. I have been coming here for a few years now and i have never been disappointed. They have lots of things that other mail stores do not offer. I am very satisfied with the service and prices are great snd reasonable. When you walk into the store you will see a very clean and well put together store. The manager is almost always around tending to customers and keeping the store tidy himself. Love that guy and love zaina too. She always welcomes me with a smile.

AV Mail N More is the place you want to go for your fingerprints, mail, bills to pay, and all other services they offer.

My first time there I was helped by Zainab and we had a great conversation. He was friendly, kind, and patient. What struck me the most was his positive attitude and his genuine character. He reassured me about my future and how impactful I was just with our brief experience. It was heartfelt. The fingerprints are phenomenal, they make sure you sanitize your hands and then use lotion for a clear imagine! I was impressed.

I returned back because "support small business" and with my second experience I encountered Ali. Again, very friendly, sweet, and smelled delightful! LOL. As he was running my fingerprints, same process, sanitize and lotion, he had a client come in, he attended her, and then, the phone rang, and he was on it! Multitasking King right there! All while still working my fingerprints! The woman who was there before me had mentioned he was patient and knowledgeable when she was inquiring around. She liked his energy over the phone and chose to go there for her prints as well.

Overall, the service is more than you'd expect and the price is average. $80 for both DOJ and FBI. Which is reasonable. Sometimes it's worth the price you pay when you receive an environment comfortable enough to have somebody else touching your aura. They will always have my business!
