McDonald's

The drive thru staff were courteous and knowledgeable. They got my order out quickly and it was hot and fresh.

This is one of the few McDonalds that I couldn't complain about if I wanted to. Always above excellent service and eating here approx 3 times a week I have never once had our order mess up! Always very clean as long! I highly recommend this McDonalds to one and all!

Maybe it was Sunday morning training?
The order taker was hard to understand.

It was St. Patrick's Day, and I fed my shift breakfast since they couldn't enjoy the festivities.

Managers Brandon, Tammy and Shakendu are very awesome. They are polite, speedy and just great people. I only go to McDonald's because of those 3 people. I love Garden City McDonald's. Keep up the Outstanding work.

Had a quick bite to eat before the Savannah Pirates game and it was great. Fries were cooked to perfection and our burgers were fresh too.

Big improvement for this location the shake machine works now and employees are very respectful. One time I had an employee yell at me and tell I ordered something i didnt. Good to see things are going along much better.

Food is good here. However, sometimes the restaurant frequently runs out of things and menu items are blocked out on the order menu. I had one Sunday morning where the restaurant ran out of eggs and I went to another McDonald's across town. Service is ok, but sometimes the staff doesn't thank the customer. They hand you a bag of food, and that's it. Where is the McDonald's courtesy? Business hasn't changed! I still go here occasionally as a time saver, but roll the dice. Caveat Emptor.

Even though they were short staff they manged the restaurant really great and they were friendly with smiles. Way to go guys thank you

Had AMAZING service from Yolanda at the Garden City location! I could tell I was going to get exceptional service when she answered my phone call at 945 pm. My food was amazing and the service was quick and friendly.

Good morning my experience last night at McDonald's in Garden City was excellent let me tell you.Sometimes when you go to a restaurant late night you get terrible results but that wasn't my experience last night. The young Man was very professional and productive at the drive thru window. The second window young lady was very nice. And my Food was correct, Hot. Got some breakfast they were fast and the food was good. Exactly what I would expect from a McDonalds. I would go back. Service was super fast and I would say faster than most for sure.

The wig was a little long but it was worth it my food was fresh to order the cashier was very nice and pleasant she's showing good customer service it was actually the best service I got any fast food restaurant so how will give her five plus plus

The best McDonald's in the 912. in terms of food quality. the quarter pounders are always hot. literally every single time. Fry's are consistent and the sweet tea is good

August 28th we went to McDonald’s Augusta road GA and we saw the manager working hard by himself and everything was fresh as order and right he did a great job

Get the app folks they have daily deals at great prices and it's always something free on the app. I'm a Travellers so it works perfect for me bcuz I am a frugal spender

Been years since I have visited this location. Food was hot and customer service was prompt and very friendly. The establishment was clean and staff was professional.

I don't normally go there but my husband had a craving, the drive through cashier's service was fast and friendly
