We went in and there was a really long line that kept growing and only 1 employee. MATTHEW...was absolutely amazing. He was so patient. Very calm in the chaos and tended to every single customer. He didn't let the busy affect his work in any way. His customer service and kindness was phenomenal. Keep up the good work Matthew, you are going places sir.. - from a GM of another company..

The ice cream is great but what you REALLY need to go to this cold stone for are the people. Customer service is fine but the employees are FINE, I’m talking absolute stunners. If you go for anything go for the perfect cheek bones and the perfectly trimmed facial hair good GOD. I’m gay and even I can appreciate the way these men look at me. This is the most Yassified cold stone I have ever been to and I am so thankful. Praise the lord blessed be

I came here on a Saturday night and WOW was it busy!!! I didn’t realize so many people flocked to coldstone on cold nights but I don’t blame them.
I had a birthday special through the rewards program where you get BOGO on any size which i used with my girlfriend. A small, medium, and large are 5.99 , 6.49 and 6.99 respectively which all come with a free mix in if you don’t get a special. She got the cheesecake delight and I got the peanut butter perfection and they were both delicious!!!! If you’re a fan of cheesecake and fruit together, the cheesecake is for you! I love peanut butter as a dessert flavor and loved the peanut butter perfection.
Not to mention the staff was super nice and caring despite the seemingly constant Saturday night rush. Definitely recommend this place for ice cream as it’s consistent with any other coldstone i’ve been to, great atmosphere and a good variety of flavors!

Coldstone is head and shoulders above other ice cream shops. The ice cream is so perfectly creamy and not overly sweet or, even worse, salty, like a lot of other places. Every flavor I have tried is awesome and the toppings are, too. They have many more cool toppings than other places. The servings are super generous, too-I get the child's size and am perfectly satisfied.

They are very strictly following social distancing with Covid-19. They were very nice and helpful. I had no idea what I wanted and they were very patient with me. The blenders broke while we were there... yes both of them bless their hearts but they really compromised our order accordingly and everything was still very delicious! 10/10! They even fixed our order after we paid and my two year old decided he wanted his in a cone too and never made us feel like it was a problem despite they were very busy.

Best ice cream selection. Amazing to watch your ice cream created in front of you. Clean and friendly establishment. Customer service is always above average and they are very friendly. We always enjoy our trips here. Highly recommend this place

The lady was SUPER nice! Everytime I come over this way it is a must that I stop at Coldstone. She knew exactly how to make what I want and she didn't pretend like they didn't make it anymore like the last people did. She got me in and out and was very efficient and sweet. I would show a pic of the ice cream but I already ate it. But homegirl hooked me up

Super good ice cream! Be careful though when ordering through a delivery service, they don't package the ice cream well enough and its always melted by the time it's delivered.
