I love going into U3 nutrition. I am here at least twice a week! The drinks are delicious and keep me energized, hydrated, and the shakes keep me full all while satisfying my sweet tooth with a healthier to a normal milkshake. Lisa and her employees are always so nice and welcoming! They form such a close knit relationship with their customers and it makes you just want to keep coming back! Customer service here is 10/10!

I have been to this establishment twice now and I see myself becoming a regular customer. The shop is so cute and very clean - which I especially appreciate when serving food.

Both times I got a protein drink - shake and a coffee. They were delicious as well as light on the sugar. It's perfect when you have a sweet craving but want to stay healthy! The owner is absolutely delightful and I think I enjoy her energy just as much as her drinks!!

Nice place to grab a protein shake. Reasonably priced. They have a wide selection of flavors and they are delicious. The s’mores and Oreo are my favorite. They have several protein options available including pea, soy, and whey. So it caters to all vegan, vegetarian, and those that are not. They also have dairy free and gluten free options. They also have a kids menu. The owners are a friendly couple and readily answer your questions; furthermore they are good conversationalists. Nice lively atmosphere and cool concept. EXCELLENT! The owners are SUPER sweet and explained so much to us! The mini protein donuts were delicious and the Herbal Protein Teas were a hit! I’ll be stopping in regularly now. The shop is really cute too! 10/10 recommend!

My strawberry banana protein shake was great. We also got the mini donuts and waffles. I liked the donuts more because we put coconut on top! The decor is cute, but the Ephrata borough put restrictions on the amount of tables they could install-definitely not a ‘win’ for the poor owners. Quick and friendly service!

U3's protein-packed offerings are fantastic! The waffles and protein juice both avoid any overpowering protein powder taste—the juice, especially, is incredibly refreshing. A solid 5-star experience; best of luck to U3! Also, their health challenges are worth checking out.

I found this little treasure while I was DoorDashing in the area and it was excellent to stop in and grab a protein drink to keep me powered up while I dash. I tried the Banana Nut Bread shake and also the peppermint patty one and they were both delicious! I have a sensetive stomach and I seemed to do well with the protein powder. Also excellent customer service😍

Loved coming into this place. The vibe is so cool and nothing like i have seen before. I was looking for a protein option and loved the Reeses flavor. I got the combo because I needed the energy for later as well. Everyone was so helpful with the menu. I’ll be back again for sure.

On the pricier end cost wise, but very good! I got 3 different shakes now and have been very impressed every time. The owner is very kind as well and you feel welcome. I give it a 10/10. It’s worth it, and very healthy for you.

Been following since they opened and today I was finally able to stop in and they did not disappoint!! I got my husband the superman and I got a Java chip frapp protein shake and we both enjoyed them so much. I'm 7 months pregnant and this helped get me through all my errands for the day and didn't feel exhausted after. Will definitely be going back, I need to try every flavor!!

Very sweet family run business! They explained the menu well and answered all of my questions. I tried the caramel coffee and protein donut (with caramel drizzle, granola, and walnuts). I must say it was very fulfilling. The coffee is not sweet, but almost like a flavored drink. I will be back in to try their energy teas. Thanks yall!
