I take my dog here to be groomed because the staff is friendly and the do an awesome job with my boots. ( mydog)

I have been bringing my dogs to this Petsmart Hotel for many years. Love them! The staff is so nice friendly and helpful.

My horribly over grown Australian Shepherd needed a summer cut, and Jen B did an amazing job! Was able to totally understand my incoherent ramble on how I wanted it short but not shaved down to ruin the coat. “Clean and tight!” He looks so handsome, and seems so happy with all that extra fluff off. Thank you for taking extra time and care and educating me on his skin as well! Jen B went above and beyond and I can’t be more grateful, I don’t usually have a specific groomer when booking, it’s always last minute and at my convenience but I will be sure to try to book our next appointment with her soon!

My husband and I were going out of town to celebrate our anniversary and needed to leave our fur babies behind. Booking the reservation was easy and the rep was knowledgeable and helpful. The check in process warranted extensive information about our pets yet was handled smoothly. They did a wonderful job providing care for our Jack Russel and Beagle. I was pleased and will definitely use them again. Here’s an at home pic of the two bros!

The PetSmart hotel experience for my pup was excellent. They took very good care of Winter for 5 nights while I was on vacation. The staff provided an update each time I called to check on him. I will definitely recommend & utilize the pet hotel in the future.

They were so helpful. We couldn't find a cat carrier for Teddy. Employee took us around to the different areas and that is when we found this one. We wanted light weight and more than one way to get him in and out of carrier plus mesh windows so he could look out.

I always love going to PetSmart! My pup Skye loves going to Doggie Day Care and shopping around the store with me. Everyone who works there seems to know my dog and she basks in the enjoyment of belly rubs breaks as we run into store employees!

The Orland Park location, the two guys working tonight greeted us as we walked in. Joked with us and helped Howard pick out his Bday treat per the email. He will snack and sleep well tonight..

Love that the fish are taken care of and healthy the Koi they had in stock were very active

They have a large selection of all the common pet supplies. Need bedding for a hamster, they have it. Geckos, live feed. Cats, dogs, snakes. Aquarium and fish.

Our babies are always well taken care of at this location. The groomers are friendly and gentle, the store associates are friendly and helpful, and the store is always clean and orderly!

I thought I had already written a review, but I guess not! We took our dog Teddy to private lessons with Lisa. We did private because Teddy gets too excited with other dogs. We did about 6 lessons for somewhere between $200-$300 total. Each session was about 30 minutes since Lisa explained that dogs attention span is short. This was way cheaper than the private lessons we sought elsewhere. Our goals were to be able to work on Teddy’s recall, walking without reacting to other dogs/people and learning how to walk without pulling. We went over our goals during the first session. Lisa was very knowledgeable, and patient. We did these lessons on Fridays, but unfortunately we did them in the middle of winter, so it was tough to practice what she taught us since it all had to do with outdoor activities with Teddy. Lisa provided treats, explanations, homework and lots of feedback to us as owners.

Fast forward to the summer and today. Although Teddy still has some work to do, we have seen WAY better results with his walking. We are able to have him walk in our neighborhood with less reactions then before, and it gave us the confidence to take Teddy to dog parks to interact with other dogs. Teddy did amazing, and Lisa really taught us a lot and advocated for Teddy and my other dog Rusty by advising us to expose them more to the “outside” and to more people little by little. Teddy is not perfect, but our boy has made significant improvements. Thank you Lisa & Petsmart for helping us! Your services were worth the price, and I would definitely recommend this to others!

I’m not one for leaving reviews, but almost 3 years of taking my Lucy to pet smart in Orland, I feel it necessary! They are the best at making sure my bulldog always feels safe and happy, and she always returns looking so fabulous! Thank you for being an amazing staff!

I've never had a bad experience with the pets hotel, shopping, grooming or customer service. This is the only place that I take my dog for overnight stays. I feel very comfortable leaving my dog with them and she absolutely loves it.

Came in for a filter for my fish tank. Was helped by the manager. Friendly and very helpful. Had to wait a bit for help with buying fish. Bought neons and danios and a filter. Happy with purchase and stopping in this Petsmart.

Stopped into the store after leaving Banfield with my kitten. Kurt made sure I found exactly what I was looking for! The store was clean and well stocked! It's not the closest PetSmart to my home but, I'll make the drive to come back to this location!!
