I’ve been taking my furry baby here since she was a puppy. Booked online and Hollis has always been amazing!!! Leaves my Luna like new! Absolutely great service. She has been shedding a lot so got the de shedding added and he blew it out the park like always! stunning transformation my husband even asked if they had switched her lol her coat was so silky smooth and no more shedding! Love Hollis!!!

Love our neighborhood Petco because of the team members. They all have been great. Never have I ever had any concerns of them being unfriendly or lacking knowledge of any questions, I may have. Keep up the great work guys!

I was looking for live plants for our aquarium and Georgeanna was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I have medical issues and she was kind enough to bring my purchases to the register and checked me out. Petco should be proud to have a person of this caliber working them.

I came in to use my $20 coupon. Not only did I get the dog food I needed at a great price, but I brought home two female Herman's tortoises. Sue, my sales person, was very sweet and really cares about the animals in her care. She had all the background information on the tortoises which made me happy about my choice to bring them in my family.

Great service. Much better than PetSmart. Got rabies shot for cat and was able to schedule the time, o wait. Unlike, PetSmart, if you prepaid for a bundle, you can keep going ahead of those who didn't prepay and they keep letting them jump the line no matter when they come in.

Rebecca in the fish department was so sweet to my 4 year old son and made him feel like a great helper. We left with 6 new fish for our aquarium and a great experience.

Awesome store. They have way higher quality product than their big box competitor (we all know who that is lol) I wouldn't say they are the cheapest place but the quality is there if your anything like myself who tries to give their animals quality products. The cashier Brid or Brig (couldn't hear her) but it's short for Bridgette is absolutely fantastic! She is by far the most knowledgeable person I have ever delt with in a Pet store. I will without a doubt change this location store to be my new dedicated pet store for the reason of quality product and Bridgette's customer service. She deserves a raise for sure ! She's nice, polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable ! She even helped me find better products than the one I chose and gave me a few options knowing my goal is to give my dog quality prodict 5/5 stars. Would definitely recommend!

They have great customer service. I loved the fact that they had the food my dog needs.

the staff here has positive energy. You can tell they love being there. I took my 5 month old Black Lab in for grooming. Hollis was GREAT with him. I asked for advice on his shedding and he recommended Merrick (no chicken). He was helpful and you could tell he loves his job. At the vets they have trouble trimming his nails and Hollis said it took him 5 mins and my puppy did good! Definitely going back!

Always friendly service except for the manager of the grooming service. He is very rude and unprofessional. He should not be working with the public.

Was helped by Josiah today. My items were over $100. Josiah checked online and was able to price match my items down to $60. Josiah is the real MVP. Good service like this is why I return to petco.

I don't know his name, maybe a manager...he was super helpful while we were looking for birthday items. He found the "cake" we were looking for.

Excellent Grooming Services!! Carolina was my pets' groomer. She did Excellent!!

Went in there and bought a plant for my fish tank came home and had a fish tank full of snails over populating my fish tank every time I buy fish there every fish dies but if I buy them from a different pet store and they're still living happily ever after
