I have rented lot space since January and I love it here. It's peaceful. There's a property manager who stays on site. They do community things like bonfires and potluck suffers on the weekend. On Tuesdays they have a donut and coffee special in the clubhouse. I'm going to be sad to leave when it's my time to move on.

The owner and staff are very friendly. If anything was broken, they were on top of getting it fixed or the problem resolved. I only had one problem with the washer and dryer but they were fixed within a few days. It is very quiet and clean with a country atmosphere but everything within 10 miles of what you need. I only left because work moved, otherwise I would have stayed. Great job to Lanie and Scott, keep up the great work 😊

Today was my first time being here. This is a very nice place. Very easy to communicate with the staff very cheap. I love it.
Adult only park. Pet friendly. Has storage.
Owner stays on property, pretty cool so if you need anything just walk over. No window ac.

Nice quiet Park with reasonable rates in a good location. It is exceptionally well maintained. There is no crime or illicit activity. A very safe, friendly and comfortable place to stay. We came here to stay for 3 months and now we have been here for 5 years. We have been very happy with every aspect of staying here. Highly recommended.

Very friendly welcoming and accommodating Linda took great care of us. We were here a week passing through and exploring some natural springs and caves. Highlights were Itchetucknee for tubing/kayaking crystal clear water, cedar key small ocean town, and all the state parks to see natural springs. The rv park is kept well laundry showers fire pit and rec room with books puzzles and snacks.

If noises bother you there is some road noise from rt 27, one impressive surround sound theater, and someone has maybe a generator that sounds like a space launch that starts up pretty frequently it was cold while we were here. Lower 40’s at night.

Will return thanks for your hospitality!

I spoke to jane. Even though they didn't have any sites for us she helped me find a site where I can take my children as well as my four dogs. She's a blessing

Awesome campground. Very clean bath house and laundry room. Very pleasant lady, Mary, who took the time to show me the grounds. Going there in January to stay until April.

Breezy Acres has very clean and updated bathrooms and showers-the laundry is also very clean-we have a clubhouse that was rebuilt 1 year ago with heat and ac where we play bingo and various card games-the owner has done alot of work updating things -the grounds are raked well and mowed frequently

When I saw the park "map", I must admit, I was nervous! We pulled up to Breezy Acres on Friday 17th January, and the office was closed. Here we go again, I thought! However the office manager Mary suddenly appeared and got us checked in! After some faffing we ended up on site G. Which had a lovely big field behind it and plenty of room for the dogs. Which meant we could set up our full fence again. The site was grass and sand and was not level. But it wasn’t far off!

The campsite itself is small, so not much to report. It has toilets, showers, (old but clean) 4 washing machines and 4 dryers. All worked fine during our visit and the office has quarters. The trash is a trailer to the side of the campsite that you have to take out yourself.

Everyone was extremely friendly they host different activities every night of the week so there is always something to do. There is a quiet road that runs alongside the campsite which is a fantastic area to run/walk the dogs.

Surprisingly we had really good internet on our AT&T pepwave (the campground wifi is apparently slow) but we were getting 75mb down and 4mb up.

The cost was around $28 per night, which is by far the cheapest place we have stayed on our travels. It is a bit out the way in Chiefland but they have some yummy local restaurants and it was only 45 minutes to Crystal River to swim with manatees! There is a Winn Dixie and a Walmart within 10 minutes, and plenty of gas stations.
