Many of my friends have recommended this location. I was happy to take the recommendations. My husband and I came in the store with no appointment. We were greeted right away and started the fit process immediately. Garrison was very helpful and listened to us about what we needed out of the fit process. My husband and I both walked out the store with our news shoes. I will recommended this location to anyone and everyone. The customer service was phenomenal and they help in a timely manner.

They have shoes for everyone, not just runners. I heard about them from my son, who lives in town. Awesome selection (they even carry unusual sizes). Absolutely have the most incredible staff! They have high-tech equipment to size you properly. I was shocked that they had 4 choices in my size
I never find shoes that fit me! I bought 2 pairs. Both were Brookes ! I highly recommend both Fleet Feet stores!!! I will be back. I highly recommend Fleet Feet!

Fleet Feet is the best place to get great running/walking shoes. Luke was very caring and patient when fitting my 85 yr old mom. She loves her shoes (2 pair). I highly recommend them for senior walking shoes. They will ensure a perfect fit in a stable, comfortable shoe.

I recently visited this store because I was looking for comfortable shoes to wear at work, and I've heard plenty of good things about this company. I had a very good experience from the moment that I walked through the doors to the moment that I left. Mark was the associate who helped me. He was very thorough in helping me find the perfect shoes for my situation and he was very patient. Mark was willing to spend as much time as my daughter and I needed in order to help us find the perfect shoes. He worked with us until we were satisfied, and he presented us with many different options in shoes, socks, and inserts. He definitely made this shopping experience a great one! Due to the wonderful customer service and the technology that they provide, I can confidently say that fleet feet has a new customer when it comes to me. Keep up the great work!

A wonderful experience! I sought out this store because of their digital tools to analyze foot position and walking movement. But I got so much more. The attendants were so knowledgeable, helping me find multiple shoes for various activities, gave alternatives, never tried to upsell, answered questions, etc. I walked away with two pairs of shoes, insoles and specialty socks to fit many different activities! If you are debating swinging by, if it will be helpful: just do it! Thanks

I had a great experience finding new shoes! Danny was awesome and so patient helping me find just the right pair! He made sure I had options. He was also super helpful explaining the scan to me and answering my questions! I will be back for sure!

I love this place. I went in about 6 months ago and got fitted. Forgive me, I can’t remember the gentleman’s name who helped me. Her have expert advice on the newest and best options for my feet. I tried on several shoes. With each shoe I tried on he took my critique of each shoe I tried and at just the fittings we found the shoe and inserts that worked best for my feet. It’s been six months and I no longer have back pain and work on concrete all day. My feet don’t hurt when I get home. I’ll be back in the spring for my next pair.

Excellent staff. I've visited twice to buy shoes, and they have always been incredibly helpful in explaining the foot analysis process and bring the right products to try.

Overall great experience. This is the first time I’d ever gone into a running store for shoes. I usually just find something on Amazon- never again. The fitting session was awesome. Tried on several pairs of shoes to ensure a good fit. My sales associate was patient, honest, and very helpful. Prices are comparable to what you’d find anywhere else.

Visited this location twice recently, and both times the staff has been consistently helpful and friendly. Prices are fair and match MSRP, the layout is nice, and the store is clean and well stocked.

My daughter and I were helped by Danyy and received excellent service. He was friendly, informative and gave us many options of shoes to fit our needs. He took his time with us and we never felt rushed. I definitely recommend this store and Danyy to anyone needing great walking/running shoes!

The best staff! I bought shoes and orthotics to help with a tailors bunion. Jared, Logan, Maria, and Brittany were VERY approachable. They were very helpful, kind, and did not rush me at all. I’m very happy with my shoes!

I am a long time customer of this store.This experience was exceptional.All the employees were polite and professional.Those that had been there longer helped the 2 new ones learn how to do ordering. While I was being fitted for new inserts, the employee asked another to watch me walk to be sure I had the correct ones.Another employee got the shoes that I wanted for my husband. When I found a running skirt, they went in the back to be sure they didn't have my size, then they ordered my size.In all, I was.addissted by 5 employees.I would have gone back anyway, but next time ir will be to the Madison store

Being greeted as soon as you come in and being asked how you need help are unexpected courtesies that you WILL receive at Madison Fleet Feet! Ask for Caleb. He is excellent and makes you feel comfortable and appreciated. No sales pressure here. But know that having a shoe that fits your foot comfortably, like a glove, is certainly worth the price, ESPECIALLY since it cost no more at Fleet Feet than any other store.

The high-tech digital assessment gave me specific information about what I needed in a shoe. The sales person knew which shoes, from the large selection, would meet those needs. I ended up with shoes from a company I had never heard of -- and they are the most comfortable shoes I've had in years. I also appreciate that the clerk treated me, obviously not a runner and advanced in age, with respect and courtesy. Wonderful help for keeping mobile as the years clock by.

I had a recent knee injury and needed to replace my shoes/insoles. I came into the Madison store, several staff members greeted me, then I was assigned to Ben. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and asked insightful questions. Ben patiently tried several different types of shoes and insoles to meet my needs. All around a great experience!!😊

I was having foot pain due to plantar fasciitis and my podiatrist recommended that I go to Fleet Feet to have my feet mapped and get different tennis shoes. I was skeptical because I had a very good, expensive, new pair of tennis shoes with orthotic inserts that had been recommended by another store that specializes in running shoes. My doctor said she had visited multiple stores that sell running shoes from Birmingham up to Huntsville to watch their process and felt that Fleet Feet, specifically the Madison location, did the best job. I was desperate for pain relief so decided to see what they said even though we live over an hour away from that location. The gentleman who did the mapping brought out numerous styles that he felt would help. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the pair that was most comfortable in my size but he said I could order them. They came in a week earlier than expected. I was happily surprised that they made such a huge difference in my pain. I’ve been wearing the shoes he recommended for a couple weeks and my feet are almost back to pain free. I will say that I had previously been to another Fleet Feet location that was closer to my home and had a totally different mapping result and completely different type of shoe recommendation. So I do believe my podiatrist was right when she said this location really knows what they’re doing.

My daughter has been dealing with severe foot pain here lately. She went to an orthopedic and he referred her to a podiatrist. The podiatrist recommended to bring her here! This place closes at 7 pm- it was hard for us to find time to make it with our busy schedule. We came up tonight and made it at 630- despite it being close to closing time- these associates Caleb and Danny were amazing and welcomed us with a smile and no hesitation to provide great customer service! Also within minutes another checked to make sure someone was helping us!
Great people! Great service! I’d recommend anyone to come here especially if you have unexplained foot pain!
