Tammy is my mail woman, and she is the very best mail person that I have ever had the pleasure of knowing, and delivering my packages. She truly cares about her job and the packages she delivers. I truly appreciate her, and her amazing work ethic.
Me and my family live on a private road back in the woods, and very often, delivery people such as Fed Ex, give me an attitude because they dont like driving back to our house, and often throw my packages at the top of the road, which is very far from my house. So Tammy is very important to me; she is also always happy, and she makes me smile when I see her.
I know other people must love her too, and I hope others Express thier gratitude also.

Always helpful and very rarely a line, prefer GR post office to larger area post offices.

The on-site staff is super friendly and helpful. My mail carrier overall is pretty good. My only complaint is that he’d rather stuff packages in my mailbox rather than being them to the door even when they clearly are too large for the mailbox. Have gotten a few mashed boxes as a result.

I get a lot of other peoples mail. It's crazy I'm always scared I'm not going to receive my packages but some how they manage.

The staff are helpful and kind but I wish the hours were better.

Rude and take their good old time. Unhelpful and unprofessional. I go out my way to hanover or glenrock if I can help it.

They marked my package as delivered but it wasn’t in my mailbox. After contacting them they realized they placed my package in the wrong apartments mailbox. They sent the post master out to check all the boxes and all they concluded was that the package was no longer there. That’s it! Didn’t solve my problem and gave my package to someone else. Can’t even contact a representative because the website won’t submit my email and I’m currently overseas so can’t call them directly.

They need better hours and service. The employees are nice, but sometimes they close earlier that what their hours say they should. Once I went there to find they were closed 20 minutes earlier then their hours said they should be, and it was not a holiday. I called the next day to ask them why they closed early, and the woman said it was because she was ready to leave and didn't think anyone else would be coming in that day. I found this to be very unprofessional.

Day after Christmas, place is closed/ open later due to under staff. site said open, which is a lie. Information on this before driving to location would be nice if correct information.

There isn’t even a option to talk to someone at this postal service. I live on the same street as this post office and will go 2-3 days with no mail at all. Someone needs to look into this cause people aren’t doing their job correctly smh

It seems like they can't delivery a package on time or even correctly to save their lives. My package was sent to the wrong place and is taking a very long time to arrive. This is becoming infuriating!
