First time in this location! Excellent customer service. The store manager was amazing! Shoe shopping for my son is always chaotic. She made us both smile checked us out quickly. All the workers were very friendly and made this experience worth while. I’m glad i came to this location on Hilliard time road!!

Needing a pair of shoes, I came here and a lady welcomed me warmly and asked if she could help me find anything. She let me know that I could order shoes for free home delivery if I liked something that wasn't available in my size. She answered a few questions, and made everyone aware of current sales/promotions.

This is really quite a nice place. Realitively easy to get in & out, close to the freeway and many other shopping areas. The lady that helped my wife and me was very nice and knowedgable. She pointed to and showed us exactly what we needed without being pushy or too forward. The store was clean, well stocked and it was easy to find our way to what we were looking for. They had a fair supply of many sizes to include wide widths, all in childrens to adult and work or sport shoes.

Nice selection. At 1st didn't care for this smart leck salesperson, but then later she told me about rewards card. Which I was only going to buy 1 pair of shoes, ended up buying 3 pairs 2nd pair 1/2 price and 15% off another pair. She was a great sales person, gotta give her that.

The sales staff are not pushy, yet are very helpful.
They make sure to listen and try to match you up with the perfect shoe.
They also can order shoes not in stock, like the Streetcars that I love.
The prices are quite reasonable too!
