I love this Arby’s! Every time I come in here they continue to be one of my favorite fast food spots. The combination of great food, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it a place I’ll keep coming back to. Highly recommend!

Awesome, First time at this location.
I downloaded the app from Google store got the deal ,paid for it, online
I ordered 2👉5.00 Roast beef classic but I wanted four didn't know how to do it.Approached window, Greeted by Nick at the window He was awesome ...said.. no problem we can double that.. andALSO I told him I wanted my fries to be full because I hate when they're only half he said oh I'll take care of you.....

So with the coupons
4 for $10.00 and small curly fry.
12.50 for my work lunch tonight & snack on the way.

I stopped in here today after an extremely long day the person working the front named J was extremely nice and respectful and made my day I wish there was more people like this in this world.

Afternoon shift Is amazing! It’s great to go to a fast food place where the workers are happy, funny and nice. That is rare nowadays. They definitely made sure our food was correct and went above & beyond for a small small discrepancy.

Everything was so fresh, the food was prepared to perfection and the customer service was wonderful. No long wait either!

The Plumbrook Arby's has a great staff! Always great service, super friendly and professional. Tracey is all smiles and so incredibly helpful. Nick has a great attitude and triple checks that everything is correct. Very enjoyable to visit after a long day at work and see smiling people who obviously love their jobs. Keep up the great work!

Food was hot. Employees were friendly.

At one time I said I would never do business here again but I tried again and I am glad I did I am very pleased with the Crew here now and the food was delicious and fresh

Went through the drive thru, during g lunch. Line was long but moved fairly quickly. Food was hot and the 1/2 pound beef and cheddar was 1/2 pound. Really like this location.

I've always loved Arby's, but I don't go that often because...yeah...waistline! Buuut! I went the other day and the food was amazing! Everything! I truly appreciated this cheat meal! It was worth every calorie!

The Jamocha Shake is my addiction.. You have to ask for extra Jamocha syrup so it will taste like it did 10 years ago because without do that it's very weak. Trust me..

The food and service are ALWAYS top tier!

The world is in a scary state. Thank you Arby's employees for helping me to find some comfort in salty beef and and cheese sauce. It's bad for my arteries but good for my soul. My order is perfect plus extra sauces and for a moment I can forget how horrible everything is

Only one person working everything so there was a little wait. However the person was nice and my food (3 Pizza Sliders) was very good.

He Even gave me a bottle of water when I asked for a cup which was nice.

I had no problem at this location. I thought I'd be waiting for an order as the two vehicles in front of me got parked. I did not wait was in and gon super fast.

Was there on 6-25-21 had a big order and they were so fast and effecient...i will def come back to this location..keep up the good work guys A++
