I recently visited there to set up my business WiFi.
Business account manger Kevin and Tristan were fantastic in helping me set up my business WiFi. They were knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process smooth and easy. Highly recommend their excellent service!

Went in because of an order not going through correctly online and I am very glad I did. Customer service was amazing and everything went smoothly. Staff was very kind, understanding and knowledgeable. Felt as if they are actually there to help and not just to sale. I am very grateful for the experience and individuals there.

Absolutely amazing customer service at this store. Deja and Ella were beyond amazing! They went above and beyond to ensure our problem was resolved and even gave us great advice for future purchases. We were a little hesitant to come to this location knowing how busy they get, but Deja, Ella, and the team ensured we all felt like important customers. The teamwork they had here was on point!

Ella was awesome! Took the time to answer all of our questions, and we had many. She was very informative but never tried to persuade us into buying something we didn't want.

By far the best Verizon store location. I take all of my business here and will continue to do so. The staff are very helpful, but also incredibly friendly. It makes all of the difference in the shopping experience.

Word of advice, if you don’t want to wait as long, make an appointment online. Shoutout to Matthew for being friendly and helpful to resolve my activation issue.

Everyone was very nice, they helped me with my phone issue and even went above and beyond when I saw fluid coming out of my car to check and make sure it wasn't anything bad. I just replaced my transmission so I got worried and the one guy ran out and made sure everything was okay! It was greatly appreciated and I was impressed.

I have been to this location numerous times over the years. My review is based on my most recent visit, where I upgraded to a new phone and plan. I know that a wait is to be expected here, but every staff member who checked on me did so in a timely fashion, and was friendly and professional.

The team member who ultimately helped me was extremely knowledgeable and worked with me how I wanted to be worked with. "Cut through the salesman song and dance, and give me straight answers.". I have worked in sales before, so I get it. I know what hoops they have to jump through. But the point I knew I was dealing with someone who wasn't just selling me a phone was when I asked him, not only why will I love (this phone)... But also "tell me why I will hate (this phone) down the road?"

Very pleased with my service, and would continue to work with this location in the future.

Had a great experience here yesterday! Altough the store was busy from opening the sales reps kept talking to us and letting us know where we were in line, they called reps in to make our wait go by faster! Our sales rep was knowledgable didn't push unwanted products and took his time to go over everything! I would recommend this store to anyone! Thanks for making it a great experience!

I have my favorite person there. Her name is Trish, she is very helpful and does not only show you the most expenssive and then walk away. Kudos to her.

Very clean and COVID-19 friendly. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Been there a few times now and have always left feeling very satisfied and happy knowing my issue was resolved. Thank You Verizon.

My Mom has a 3g flip phone she is 82. She is on our plan & needed a upgrade but has pics on she phone she wanted transferred but they couldn't do it with that phone anymore.So instead of the sales guy just wanting to make another sale he talked us into a plan to save my Mothers photos & we left with our a New Phone but will go back once we do what he told us ...So Thanks Verizon staff 4 taking care of my Mom 1st before just getting another sale!!!

Fantastic experience. The place has an incredible kids play area. Our representative, Jake, was friendly, informative and made some great suggestions. Convenient location and great management!!!!

My Verizon App on phone stopped working and it took the associate less than 10 minutes to diagnose and fix the problem. Very satisfied as I am not tech savvy.

Samantha was amazing. Knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. In addition, Verizon has amazing service. You get what you pay for! Highly recommended
