They do good work on time and at a reasonable price

He repaired and installed gussets in my dressage boots and put a zipper in my old barn coat. Very nice, held up over the years.

The buckle on my daughter's Irish dancing hard shoe broke off last night. She has a dress rehearsal this evening, and five performances over the weekend. So, the shoe really needed fixed today. Sam reattached the buckle while I waited, and it cost $10. I will definitely go back for any of my shoe repair needs! Thanks for prompt, quick, gracious service!!

I needed repairs on a motorcycle race boot, which is rather a unique item to work on. Sam took in the task without hesitation, got it done for a fair price, and was pleasant and accommodating when a bit of follow up work was needed. He's earned all business in the future!

It's hard to find people who are truly good at their craft. Sam is one of them. I took my father-in-laws leather belt in to get fixed for my husband. Sam got it done in time for my husband's birthday and it looks great. High quality custom work. Also does great at repairing high end shoes. I Wouldn't take in shoes that are cheap, I wouldn't invest the money into fixing them.

Sam is an amazing man and fantastic craftsman in his ability to repair so many items! We've used his services for over 20 years. His pups are super friendly and I love giving them pets whenever we stop in.

Sams the best, hands down. Honest and fair

I walked in with a belt that lost the stitching around the buckle. 10 minutes later I walked out with a belt no less the worst for wear. I talked with the owner whom has been in business 37 years. All in all a very pleasant visit. This business gets my highest rating!

My husband tried going to The Cobbler first on Wealthy St. That guy told my husband his boots, "weren't worth repairing, and he should just buy a new pair."
My husband loves his boots and has had them for almost five years, all he needed was for them to be repaired or resoled.
He found Sam at Cascade Shoe Service and he said he could repair them as is, and get more life out of then FIRST, then said to bring them back when the sole completely wore out and he'd resole them!
That's the difference between a hipster in Eastown that tells you to just throw something away, and a guy who understands that not everything needs to be replaced, but can be fixed to last longer!
We will only be going here from now on!
