Closed on Fridays, called the after hours line. Which I’m not even sure why they have it other than to waste time. The guy the answered said he’d be there in an hour. Went back in and hour and the person there pretended like they weren’t there. If you need a small fire extinguisher for your camper, car or house. Just got to Kratzer's. Three stars because they are friendly and helpful when they’re open. Which isn’t very much.

I wish I could get a zero to this business. The owner is very sneaky，rude, incompetent, and unprofessional. The owner started the job without pulling or seeing a proper permit from my GC and refused to admit his mistake, and threatened me to court. Now we have to spend several months solving all the aftermath. He doesn't keep any documents either! Typical bad business and stay far away for your own sake！
