I sent my boyfriend to the business yesterday due to his phone no longer holding charge. The gentleman was able to repair it in a short period of time and the pricing was very reasonable! This will be our go-to place if we have any more phone issues in the future. Thank you for your help!

Nice business to deal with. I cracked my screen on my iPhone 8, I work 5 minutes down the road from here, so I left work at 12 and returned to work at 12:30 with my phone with a new screen. I was fortunate that they weren’t crowded that day. Friendly staff. No complaints here. Thank you for your Excellent Work.

I could not be any more pleased and impressed with the service I received at this business. Others were going to charge me anywhere from 150 to 500 and weren't sure they could even fix my flip 5. Riley transferred everything from my broken phone with the blacked out screen to my new phone....and only charged me 30 bucks. I am grateful and want to spread the word

I needed a new phone and he made this process super easy. He was able to transfer everything over to the new one with no problems. Will definitely be back again!

Coming here was a last minute because needed phone for work. Delt with this place before and wasn’t always great. This time they went above to make sure problem was resolved. Ended up buying a phone here but main thing was technical difficulties they took care of. Hopefully they continue the service because they were not on my good list but changed opinion. Continue to make customers feel welcome coming in

I have 2 kids, always breaking their phones and tablets.. Cell it Here always has what I need, for whatever broken device I walk in their door with! They tell me how long it will take to fix the broken device and get the job done in that amount of time, which is never more than an hour or two..

James and his people are very knowledgeable, expedeant and take pride in their work. You can't find that kind of effort at any other cellphone stores.

These guys are awesome! I took my dead old skool iPhone in, they diagnosed the problem for free, had parts there the next day and had the phone working again in less than an hour! Nice people and very helpful!

I went in to get my cell fixed thinking I would probably need a new phone. Not a good thing at Christmas. The service I received was immediate and the people in the store were friendly and helpful. I needed a phone for a very last minute Christmas gift. It was Christmas Eve and I was unaware that the store had closed at 1pm. It was 1:45 pm. I had messaged and asked if they were open and the employee, Riley, told me that they were closed at 1 for the holiday. But, he went out of his way and went back to the store and met up with me an hour after the store was closed to help me purchase that phone. Riley was very nice and helpful, and he did not have to do what he did. We do a lot of business with this store and we have never had a problem. This just goes to show that there are still amazing people put there! Thank you again Riley and Cell It Here in Bridgeport.

Was in the market for a PS4 and I thought that they might have just what I was looking for and I was right about that and as always they were very happy to help me out with a great deal that was better than any one else would do. I am really glad that I have not had to deal with anyone else for my phones and electronics, problems, and repairs that they have truly impressed me with their efforts and dedication towards making their customers happy in any way they can help. Went in for a cracked screen and new battery on my iPhone. Was done in 15 minutes while I waited. Much less expensive than going out of town. Nice people. I recommend.
