I was unable to get a receipt because they don't offer them. She said I needed to take a picture of my label, but that doesn't prove that it was handed over to them. Additionally, they acted like I was suspicious because I wanted a receipt. Is this what our tax dollars are paying for? This is a prime example of an office that should be closed and the tax dollars used elsewhere. If they can't justify running it properly, close it.
