Six Trails Apartments

Moved in January 2020; left December 2023. The management changed hands halfway through that time. The old management was difficult to work with, but the new management, Leah and Chloe were spectacular. Even with the difficult management in the first couple years, I would give Six Trails four out of five stars due to the quiet, safe living. With the new management, fast responses and friendly interactions were added so five stars goes!

Chloe was the person that helped me and my two roommates through the leasing process and she was kind, considerate and returned calls and emails in a timely manner. Also, she answered all our questions in a friendly manner and made us feel very happy to join the Six Trails community.

I was a resident here for just over 4 years and can say that I had a great experience during my time at Six Trails. Chloe, Leah and the rest of the staff was incredibly professional, polite, caring and courteous. I would recommend living here to anyone. Honestly, one of the better living experiences I've had. Thank you to the staff here!

I’ve been living here for about 7 months and I truly love it. The location is perfect, I have pretty much everything I need within a 5 mile radius. Management has been great too. Chloe is always very helpful and kind. Every time I’ve had an issue it has been taken care of. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment

The current management team led by Leah make six trails a good place to live. In todays worlds limited resources and lack of employees, this team is striving to follow through on their promise of ‘we want you to be happy living here’ the maintenance team is great, and efficient! I’ve seen many improvements with the current team in place!! Thank you

We have lived here almost 3 years it’s a great place to live, Management has changed hands quite a bit since we have been here, Chloe and Leah are the best management team ever they interact well with the tenants couldn’t ask for better management then we have now, they go out of there way to make you feel welcome and the go above and beyond and the call of duty

I moved in April of 2023, and everything went pretty smoothly. I did have questions and a couple of issues, but the leasing consultant Chloe answered all of my questions and assisted me with completing the necessary tasks for move in. She also had lots of great advice about the area and services available in Saline ( Chloe, I give six stars). Everyone had a pleasant and professional attitude who I dealt with during the move in process. Maintenance fixed an issue I had within 24 hours, so I am happy about that. I would recommend Six Trails Apartments.

I couldn't be any happier with my new home and the time and effort that were put into the preparation of my apartment to make it so wonderful. Well worth the rent I am paying.

I have been living at Six Trails apartments for 2 years now and must I say: For the price you pay in the city you reside in, Six Trails apartments beats everything around. Some of the amenities in Six trails are a little outdated and sometimes show ware and tear but the reaction time from the front office represents customer service at it's best. I personally had an issue with the garbage disposal and after notifying them of the problem, I came back from work 3 hours later and they had already went in and replaced the garbage disposal as well as the entire drainage system saying it was a little outdated and no resident of theirs is to live like that. They are very accommodating with any concerns you may have, and very knowledgeable when it comes to any questions you may have. The property manager Elizabeth S, now the Regional Manager, has worked with me multiple times with any issues I've came across, answered all of my questions, and has clearly shown her skills in customer service. If you are looking for the right place for the right price, consider residing at Six Trails apartments!!

I've been at Six Trails for nearly three years and they've set the bar very high. The staff and neighborhood is incredibly friendly. I've only had to put in one work request since I've been here and they had it fixed within 24 hours. That kind of service really sets a business apart. I recommend Six Trails every chance I get. Keep up the great work, y'all!

Leah is very Neat. They also like my dog, and that is also neat.

This is my Home and I wouldn't live anywhere else! I have lived here for almost six years now and I absolutely love it. It's quiet and serene and my neighbors are all very friendly. The staff is great, especially Ginny, who really cares about the residents and the property. You can call her anytime and she is happy to assist with whatever the issue may be.

I lived here for a year. I never had a problem and Stacie in the front office was always awesome to deal with! The location is great and the rent is affordable. If I had one bit of criticism it would be cable company you are forced to use. Suite Solutions is very expensive and very unreliable. But it wouldn't stop me from renting here again. Other than that 1 minor gripe it's a great place.

I just moved in a few months ago and I could not be happier. Management was so very helpful and made this big change in my life go very smoothly. All my questions were answered quickly and the gals in the office were the best and made me feel so welcome here. I’m feel very much at home here at six trails, everyone has been very friendly.

So far so good. Was quoted a security deposit and the manager called me to tell me in went down significantly a couple days before my move in. Was very appreciative of that!!

The staff at 6 trails is wonderful, I highly recommend this place. Not only is it reasonably priced but the management staff led by Miss Paula are very nice to deal with.

Super happy with my apartment! Ginny was great to work with and im super excited to live here
