Pivot PT- Troy

My experience here was absolutely amazing. I couldn't ask for a better clinic to have gone to.
The staff are absolutely phenomenal. They will work with you from start to finish with your therapy. My primary doctor scheduled me to start my PT here for my carpal tunnel pain.
My first meeting and filling up paperwork was a Breeze that Tod (office manager) amazingly had almost all the documents filled and easy to sign.
The staff were absolutely wonderful. For a few sessions, I had hand & arm massages, then we incorporated the neck and back. Finally, I was able to work with weights and equipment. It was a bit hard at first as the shooting pain burned my hands, wrist, forearm, and neck area. Then gradually, it would disappear as I gained strength and momentum in my exercises.
I am very pleased with the end result of my session with Pivot. The staff do amazing at their jobs.

I wish there were more stars to rate! I received PT at another Troy, PA provider and felt like I was really just a patient number on a chart. So when I needed PT again, I requested a referral to Pivot. I went 3x/week for 9 months. The relief I received was truly significant. Now that I need PT services again, I have been going for 4-5 weeks, again 3x/week. Again the relief is substantial.

The staff there are almost like family. Everyone from Marcus to the PTAs and interns have been above approach. Needless to say, I am not only impressed, but I'm also VERY happy with the care I have received from you. Thank you SO much!!!

In June I fell and dislocated my shoulder, and after an MRI, I was told I had a massive tear and other ligament damage to my rotator cuff. Consequently, I had surgery in July with a 60-70% chance of healing. After 6 weeks of being a sling and another 6 weeks of small movement exercises, I was ready for therapy. I was told I could do it at home or at a PT facility. I decided to go to a facility to make sure I was doing everything correctly, so I chose Pivot since it's close to home. My surgeon did warn me, though, that I had to keep with the exercises he's given me and to do nothing more.

I started at Pivot in Troy 4 weeks ago and feel that I have made progress. I am monitored to make sure that I am doing the strength and stretching exercises properly and am given encouragement throughout. I can be impatient with the progress of my improvement, but the staff gives me a reality check by reminding me that it's going to take awhile to get where I need to be...and I appreciate that. And, yes, they are staying within the confines of my doctor's instructions.

The staff is professional, they listen to my concerns, and they respond in a manner that I can understand. They're also very friendly and interested, and I am comfortable being there.

I would definitely recommend Pivot in Troy.

Everyone has been so super from Tad when I first walked into the door to Zach and Marcus the therapists. Even the young gentleman cutting the brush outside was pleasant. They have been working hard to give me the best quality of life I can have. They truly care about you and your progress. I’m so fortunate to have met all these folks. Praise God!

Diagnosed with back, sciatic, and piriformis issues, I was referred to Pivot in May 2018. The entire staff is wonderful. Zach Bogaczyk, PT, DPT, Jesse May, PTA and Alexandria Cervi, PTA have been extremely caring, , knowledgeable, patient, concerned, encouraging and pleasant during every one of my visits. Their cheerful attitude has helped so much even, on those days when I was in pain. Tad at the front desk, assistants Nicole and Ann were also very helpful every step of the way. I have made great progress and was discharged just today, January 18, 2019. I highly recommend Pivot to anyone needing therapy. The staff is fantastic, the atmosphere is pleasant, and my results were the icing on top of the cake.

I had extreme lower back pain and was not able to function properly. I was unable to walk correctly as I was over compensating for the pain. After 6 sessions I felt wonderful. The pain dissipated and I regained my flexibility The staff is courteous and friendly and professional. Everyone works together to make this a pleasant experience for the patient. I highly recommend this facility.

Being an athlete in high school I suffered from intense shoulder pain which restricted me from my fullest capabilities in softball. After coming to Pivot I was back to being able to throw with no pain. Also, suffering from knee pain as a result from a soccer injury the staff at Pivot once again got me back in shape so I could get back to playing soccer. The staff is very understanding and works hard to get you feeling back to your old self. While being a patient at Pivot I felt like I was getting the best treatment possible. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure you are performing exercises correctly and in a safe environment to do so. I highly recommend Pivot Physical Therapy to anyone who is looking into Physical Therapy.

My wife has been a frequent patient of Pivot for several years dating back to Pro Care. She has walked with a cane and on my arm several times with a great deal of pain and whatever the reason the therapists always made her life easier. Zach, the manager, is on top of every ailment as were the PTA's. We highly recommend Pivot Physical Therapy, Troy.

Pivot’s program to improve my balance issues has had miraculous results! I carry my cane out of habit and only use it on very uneven ground.

I had done 8 weeks of therapy for a knee replacement. It was a long journey to recovery but with everyone's help i am able to use my new knee. i plan on getting my other knee done next year and i will definitely go back to pivot in troy. thanks so much to zac, alex, jessie and nick. thanks for pushing me each day i went to therapy.

They deserve more then 5 stars! That place is wonderful and the employees there are fantastic! It's not boring at all! They are full of life and energy.
