I had some very wide low profile tires and rims balanced by Dalton. The whole experience was excellent. From Pauline streamlining the process even though I'm a picky customer, to Dalton providing high quality service work. Very impressed. Would definitely recommend

Had an amazing experience at VIP. They were so kind to me and helped me get my vehicle safe and able to pass inspection. I trusted every one of them and knew they were doing what’s right to make my car safe. They even gave me a ride to my home and picked me up when i unexpectedly had to have brakes and a new battery installed. I appreciate VIP so much! The facility is very clean and professional.

Pauline and her crew are the BEST in the business! I’m from out of state and my car broke down today. By luck, the tow truck brought me here. They took my car in right away and got to work!

More importantly, I was alone, and she made me feel right at home. I was at the shop for 5 hours. She bought me lunch and kept me company.

I cannot say enough about this place. If i lived closer, they would be my go to car mechanic.

Great experience. Pauline is a rock star manager. Clean, comfortable waiting room with a Roku TV, WiFi, clean bathrooms and water and coffee while you wait. Quote to change my tires was exactly what I ended up paying. Took exactly as long as they said it would. Quality work, on time and within budget. Add in tremendous customer service and there is no reason to go anywhere else.

This is a place where the management and staff value your business. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend, great people here! I unexpectedly needed new tires very last minute, day before a long trip. They took my car in without an appointment, at the end of the day, and set me up with a great new set of tires. Saved my trip from delays. Very thankful.

I had a minor accident a few months ago where I had to swerve and unfortunately hit a curb and ruined two tires on my vehicle. This was in the evening and I needed service. I made it to VIP and was immediately impressed by the friendly, immediate and understanding service. JD was beyond helpful, and explained everything to me. I had to purchase new tires. He explained my need and was able to get my car back the next morning. All employees I met were friendly, smiling and made you feel at ease. Great prices, great service! Especially like the receipt breakdown, they make sure you know what is wrong with your vehicle and what it cost. Pauline is fantastic! She is very pleasant and found me a coupon!

The waiting room is important! Bathroom, tv, outlets, ac and the staff has always been down to earth and ez. They really put in the effort and they won us over. Oil, inspection was about 20 minutes.

Any time at VIP was amazing , no problems at all . Being a young car owner they were very open with helping me understand things and being flexible with my schedule definitely recommend !

My first visit to the Bennington location. Everything went well with making my appointment on line. I wa greeted with coffee and a comfy spot in the waiting room. I was able to take advantage of the free wifi and get work done while they work on my car.
I appreciated the communication with Everything they did, which included oil change, breaks and an inspection.
I will definitely go back !

My battery was dead one morning when I was headed to work. VIP got me in right away even though I could tell that they were very busy and maybe short handed that day. Everyone was kind and professional and I was given a great price for a really good battery.

All my interactions with J.D. and Pauline have been totally positive. The technicians are also competent and personable. I've had some minor work done there and everyone goes above and beyond to help. I am having some major work done next week and I anticipate another positive experience.

VIP tire is super helpful. I went in a few months back to get a state inspection, they got me in and out quickly. The customer service was top notch!

Pauline and the technician did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing my car! The service that I recieved there was far better than any other mechanic that I have been to. The waiting area is comfortable and they have free wifi.
