Very good service. Ate in and everything was very clean. Offered side options without me asking. Many serf serve options on beverages. And always my triple Whopper and onion rings were great.

Wednesday November 8 visit around 7pm. This restaurant showed to care the get our order and others correct 💯. They fixed a mix up in choices, as several are available for the Whopper Jr. $5 deal sandwiches. Seemed to be a very decent crew, working together and all seemed to care about the customers and one another.

Quality of food, completely on point for all four Whopper Jr. sandwiches. We ordered four, two bacon and cheese, one BBQ bacon and cheese, one bacon and swiss cheese. All four were perfect grill char tasting for all my family members, perfectly cooked as if by a top loved restaurant! 😋

The cook said he had about 15 burgers I think at the same time while we were in the location, well worth the wait, which wasn't very long for all the drive through, others in the lobby.

Everything was perfect, tasted excellent, the bacon, cheese, char grill could be tasted, all perfect.

The workers made certain all customers were well taken care of. Nice crew, worked together, excellent chef! That chef must be a perfectionist, as these were excellent.

You people angry over wait times need to understand after 10 pm all fast food restaurants in PCB WILL HAVE A WAIT. I appreciate how they made my sandwich perfect and fresh. Alisha Lindsay was very helpful. Will do business with them again

Fantastic remodel of older facility. Conveniently located in Panama City Beach. Food is fantastic many people are flocking to this location. However the business is taylored to the drive-thru leaving many guests waiting in line for a rather long time. Customer service was absolutely phenomenal. Just be prepared to possibly wait a little bit indoors ( mind you we came here on a Sunday after church so they were probably a few more people than normal) until they can get everything flowing smoothly.

Hands down best burger King meal I've ever had. Our food was piping hot, crispy hash browns and fluffy eggs. Had a small wait, but for food of that quality I can overlook it.

So, this particular Burger King near Hwy 79 isn't going to be the quickest drive thru stop. But, that is because, on most occasions, they are not very busy & are making your food to order. Personally, I love that combo! I'm happy to wait 3 or 4 minutes to get hot fries & a burger that hasn't been sitting under a heat lamp. And this location is consistent. 3 - 4 minutes & great food!

Employees were very polite and friendly. Food was made according to standards and it was very tasty.

Usually, I don't use drive-thrus because more times than not the food comes out cold but this Burger King was right across the street from the Naval base. I went to the drive-thru and placed my order and specifically asked for it to be made fresh and I would pull up and wait for it. I got to the window and a very nice lady with the nicest demeanor named "Margaret" gave me my drink and asked me to pull forward. Not only did she bring out my order but she also brought my condiments in a separate bag in case I wanted any of them. I can tell she genuinely likes her job and that's hard to find with employees nowadays.

Literally the best burger king ive ever been to. The food was hot, the staff was very nice and the lobby was spotless!!

I dont always leave a review... but when I do its because of stellar service. I had strayed away from BK as of late because of repeated dissatisfaction... but it was the total opposite here. The staff was (almost) as friendly as CFA, the food was fast and deliciously fresh... burger hot, garden crisp, and my onion rings hot and crunchy. I even received condiments like it was welcomed...

And to make it better... it was in the middle of lunch rush. This place gave me new hope for BK. Great job peeps.

You never expect to get great service from a fast food restaurant, but here you will. The sweet girl taking our order was so pleasant and helpful me and my husband were honestly shocked. I'm not sure of her name but she had a lip ring. And The food was right, and fresh. 10/10 would recommend.

Whoever runs this Burger King needs to give classes to all other Burger King managers in the town because this Burger King's employees are always super friendly and helpful. The food is always good too. Everytime we go here it's a "no fuss" experience.

Just wanted to take a moment two recognize an employee that went above and beyond. I believe she is a manager and her name is Felicia. I am a local truck driver and frequent this establishment. Felicia and her crew have always been extremely quick and my order always correct. Felicia always greets me with a warm hello, smile, and always welcomes me back. Great job!

We came in from out of time. It was a bit late. I had a technical issue. The associate was very patient with me and answered alot of my questions. We came to a very successful conclusion.

best spot to get fast specially if you are heading either to the airport or driving north of 79, food is amazing and service is outstanding, may be a little busy during spring break or summer time due a lot tourists coming in to panama city beach or leaving panama city beach, i eat here almost every other day due to the good prices and location!

Fast Service, Great Food, Very Friendly!!! Definitely will return. The Santa Rosa beach Burger King needs to take notes from this one!!! Thanks y’all !
