Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Me and my 16 friends went here an hour before close. The cashier James was so upbeat and hilarious. He was able to vibe with everyone here and got food out really quick. Definitely one my best restaurant experiences ever. (No cap)

Logan was very nice and attentive!! He was so wonderful!!! The food was hot and fresh! Everyone seemed to be on their game! Great location!

I got what I ordered. Drive through guy was friendly. The price was good. I enjoy switching it up with their 2 for 5 menu.

Great place to get out of the sun, had a no. 10 triple and it was delicious, made me wish i hadnt ate it so fast, ordering from the app makes it even faster!

My pookie bear works there and everytime i’ve been there everyone is nice and polite and hard working good food and clean environment and i love my pookie bear <3 the chili cheese fries are bussin everytime i eat there i drool of yummyness

Haven’t had a banana split in years. They did not disappoint! Friendly service.

Although it was really busy and the line was lomg in the drive thru the man at the window was nice and the girl taking orders was patient and done a good job making sure we had everything we needed and did it in a timely manner... the milkshake machine is never down here like McDonald's and burger king you never have to get something you don't want cause something is broken

Every night I go in this location and get ice cream the staff is ALWAYS SO KIND! It's sad we live in a world so full of hate ,but the staff here are above and beyond, there's one guy in there and he served me every time I have went in and always gives me discounts and is always so nice 👍!

Always stop in after going to the beach. And it's always a great experience.

We just went through the drive thru and we had no wait. The burgers and fries were fresh and hot and so good. This leads us to believe that the negative experiences were at busy times when maybe they were short staffed?! That's everywhere these days...they can only do what they can do if that is the case. The young man at the window was very upbeat and positive and appeared to be happy to be be workng......we appreciated the service!

We stopped in just for milkshakes and they were excellent! Store and drive-thru were very busy and like every place they are under staffed so there was about a 15 minute wait, but well worth it. Very yummy and the busy employees were very nice. The Store was spotless!

We went to get my birthday free blizzard. 3 ladies sung to me at drive thru. The burger was hot, the blizzards were ice cold . Nothing like the bad DQ in Ozark, Alabama.

Summer really is sunshine and a breath of fresh air!! I don't particularly like ordering inside of fast food places bc there crowded, messy & the staff is usually..well bitter we will say. Lol but not with Summer!! She's very personable. Makes you feel comfortable, offered coupons for me. She was just extremely helpful & no anxiety for me! Super friendly cashier lady was the best! Food was hot and fresh, most importantly it was correct as it was 2 special orders. She even found time to check on us, and every single party that ate inside! Someone go give that nice lil older lady a raise!

Very pleased. Surprisingly very good cheeseburger! It’s a sleeper! The staff and management are doing a bang up job managing time and high quality with limited staff. Keep up the fantastic work and disregard impatient people who leave bad reviews. They have obviously been living under a rock this past year.....

Ot really sucks that you have to go through thre drive through. Not enough workers to open the dining room yet.. at least they will let you roll through the drive through on a skateboard. Line usually 6 or 8 cars deep....
