Purchased a new pellet stove from Fireside Living; I knew exactly what I wanted and they made it happen. It was ready for pickup faster than I expected and it runs great so far. Bobby and team answered all the questions I had.

I have a brand new Harmon pellet stove installed in October and had one room blower fan replaced 2 months ago and now the other blower fan is making a very loud noise. When Zack got here he diagnosed it as the same motor again. He was in and out and my stove is working great=Thanks Zack

The guys are excellent!! I didn't buy my pellet stove from them but was having some trouble with my harman. And these guys gave great advice over the phone to troubleshoot my problem. Also I had them do a service call on my harman stove and was very pleased with the price and professionalism!! Thank you guys!!!

Stopped by to see if they installed hearths and wood stoves. As soon as he heard I bought my own brand new stove he gave me the cold shoulder! I nicely asked him if he could install the hearth and he said we don’t do masonry! And kept repeating it. I then asked him why is it on your sign hearth and patio? I felt very mislead and not appreciated as a local customer.
