Bearcat Warehouse is FANTASTIC to deal with. I ordered a scanner that was on backorder and received a phone call from A REAL PERSON (can you believe it!) when they restocked and were ready to ship which was two weeks earlier that I expected. I purchased my upgrade keys from them first thing in the morning and received it in less than in hour! This is a company that is run by hobby enthusiasts and it shows. As someone who listens to a scanner for several hours a day I can tell you that you won't be disappointed. I travel 130 miles a day in and out of rural and large metro areas. The simulcast ability makes a huge difference while in the city. Very rugged and well made. I would recommend the extra battery with charger along with a antenna for whatever bands you need. The stock antenna works okay in the city where signals are close, but if you are like me and live between two metro areas 10 to 15 miles away you will want something better. I can say that the BCD 436 is still very useful for casting a wide net by entire county because it is faster than the SDS100, but I prefer the SDS100 with smaller favorites lists.

Fast shipping and good communication. Purchased an SDS100 scanner with various accessories. Regarding the SDS100:

I was concerned about front end sensitivity and low speaker volume on a handheld. This model, however, has done great in my mobile using a compromised window mount antenna. The speaker is louder than any handheld Ive used and the front end does a good job filtering out RFI from my infotainment system.Very happy so far.

Started out with advice on what scanner would work best for me, then onto super fast shipping, tracking information and progress always available, received it one day early. County programming was ordered beforehand and, as advertised, just had to turn unit on out of the box and away it went. So I definitely recommend this route if buying a scanner. I have had many scanners over the past 20 years but never have I had one such an efficient and functional as the Uniden SDS200. It’s a little pricey but well worth the investment for any scanner enthusiast. I would recommend that you get it programmed with your area frequencies at the time of purchase by Uniden because all you have to do when it is shipped is plug it in and start enjoying! I intend on getting an external speaker at some point even though the units internal speaker is acceptable. Also I purchased a JBC290M BNC magnetic mount external antenna from Uniden put a metal pan next to my chair and fastened the magnetic base to it and the reception was amazing! I would highly recommend this scanner!

Great to deal with, good communication, excellent products! I highly recommend paying extra for preprogramming, unless your experienced with the use of scanners. We went from an analog scanner to a digital and were unaware that departments (Police, Fire, etc.) in your local area may use different systems. You may need more than one downloaded program on your new scanner to pick them up.

This has to be hands down the best scanner! I have only had it a short time and still learning how to use it, but it has been fairly simple to use. I did opt for the pre county programming, but after a while of of using the Sentinel software for my laptop, I have been able to add different counties on my own with ease! Really enjoying the SDS100! A shoutout to the BearCatSarehouse for the speedy delivery and setup of my SDS100, as I was able to take it out of the box and turn it on to start listening!

We have been very pleased with this scanner and due to having it pre-programmed with surrounding counties it was just what we needed right out of the box. No regrets on this purchase!

I bought a BCD325P2 and i was worried that i would have trouble after i bought it. It came as promised and was in new shape. Unopened. Connection to the PC was easy with a online download of a usb driver series 1. This gets all my rural p25 sigals in ohio using freescan and radio reference. Worked out awesome. Ordered a Uniden SDS200 a week before my trip, Amazon after 5 days still hadnt shipped, so I found these guys and after calling them I was able to get Next day delivery and sure enough, today is the next day and it has arrived. Total cost also ended up being cheaper. Awesome customer service, they actually answer their phones and look at the emails you send them, best part is they accurately tell you if they’re in stock or not. Definitely ordering any future Uniden products I get from Bearcat warehouse!

They're very professional I have bought the SDS 200 scanner I also bought an outdoor antenna from them and a GPS unit. Quite pleased with everything I bought and also had the scanner program by them.

I ordered my SDS 100 to replace my 125AT as my locality was quickly going digital with a lot of simulcast also. I received.. it in 2 days. I had a problem with downloading the Sentinel software to program it so I called Bearcat and spoke to Paul who e-mailed
me the information I needed to get me up and running. So far the experience has been great.

love this SDS100 handheld scanner. My wife purchased this for me as a Christmas gift. I paid to have Bearcat Warehouse to set it up for me in my area, and now I am able to hear everything that is happening. I would recommend anyone who is wanting a handheld scanner to purchase the SDS100 you won’t be sorry. Also, pay the extra and let the technician install all the channels for your area. I did and it worked right out of the box just as they said. I’m very satisfied!

John Ferraro. Bought My BCD536 From another retailer that didn't offer programing, so i tried to program it myself, but got frustrated trying to program scanner, so i i ordered the SD Card for 2 county's on a 8gb Card from Bearcat Warehouse and now i'm enjoying my new scanner! The SD Card was shipped in a protective envelope that was in a protective shipping box!

I managed to easily install this radio in a 1995 F-150. For my test run, I drove from TX to KS and back. I was more than impressed. I told my dad to get one.

This was my first purchase and I am thoroughly satisfied. When I'm ready to buy my next radio I will definitely consider them first.

I love the 536. I’m getting some simulcast broadcasts in my area
with little distortion. I didn’t think I could so it’s an added bonus.
