Went to Wendy’s to get 3 4 for $4.
I had a friend drive so she become more confident in her driving. My friend was a decent distance from the building, but was still in arms reach. We payed for our meal and were patiently waiting for our food. Once our food was ready the very nice lady handed us our food, all THREE 4 for $4s in ONE bag. My very nice friend grabbed the bag with both hands, and the bag ripped in half. Sadly all THREE chicken nuggets were on the ground as well as TWO out of the THREE sandwiches. My very NICE and EMPATHIC friend felt awful and kept apologizing. The very nice lady decided to give my friend a dirty look and completely stare at her then turn away. My friend got super nervous and began to feel super uncomfortable. A few long seconds passed before the very nice lady come back and gave us a dirty look and asked us why we parked so far from the drive through window.

I began to explain that my friend is a new driver and this is her first time going through a drive thru, and the VERY nice lady just stared and asked what we wanted .

The very nice lady then proceed to scare my friend so I got out of the car to grab the food that was on the floor as well as inform the very nice lady of what food was dropped. The VERY nice lady proceeded to inform us that we are slowing down her timer and to drive around.

After all that has occurred tonight, 10 out of 10 recommend coming to the Wendy’s in West Bridgewater. Have a blessed night ♡

Had a fantastic experience at this Wendy’s the night of 6/7/2024. The staff were kind and accommodating and went above and beyond to facilitate me and my guests order. Really appreciate everything!

What was about to be a one star review was quickly changed to a five star experience do to the quick thinking and actions of Alissa.

I wish to thank all of you for your compliments. I am the opening crew member for the west Bridgewater wendy's. I can honestly say that we strive to serve EVERYONE with the same treatment that they deserve; but unfortunately we are only human. If you want the BEST service, it is recommended to come before 3pm as that is when our professionals are here.

I had questions on the new Nacho burger, they were answered with no hesitation, and I was asked if I wanted to donate, which most places don't ask me. I like being given the option to donate and did make a donation.

I like Wendy's for the made fresh to order menu. I prefer the original menu items. Some of the new or limited time items are a little over the top.

Ordered 5 junior bacon cheeseburgers. Best meal. Followed up with Crestor to knock back the cholesterol. Worth every penny.

I’ve gone here for years. Their location is always busy in the afternoons but the wait is short due to thier efficient staff. The food is always done well and I’ve never had an issue with it (can’t say they about every fast food joint!).

Good cheeseburger for low price.

Best Wendy's Ever! Always fast always fresh the employees are always fun and upbeat! I come here way too often I know! I've gone during blizzards and the staff and food we're still great!! I give this fast food spot a lot of credit!! They've earned it and deserve it!! AA++

Food is always good. Though it would be nice if they had their drink fountain open since the dining room has been re-opened. Some of us like more choices than what is offered through employee filled drinks.

Very clean, very nice facility. The crew was professional and courteous. The food is like every other Wendy's (usually better than most) , nothing really to complain about. Due to the location , the store can get very busy as it is off RT. 106.

I go here a lot as it is 5 minutes from my work.i always go thru the drive thru on break always get the same thing (4 for $4) when pulling in the drive thru line is usually long but it moves so quick! The drive thru workers must have magic powers that's how fast the line moves! The food is always fresh and put together perfectly and they never forget or give me the wrong sauce or order! The order taker is always pleasant and the workers at the window are always happy and greet you will smiles and hellos! This Wendy's team does an amazing job! Keep up the great work and thank u!

When we stopped for a late lunch, the computer system was down but all the employees worked together to get people their food (as long as they were paying cash). It was chaotic but everyone was super friendly and helpful.

Yeah you know it's not a bad place to go with this is always been good to me but sometimes if you don't ask for things you won't get them I'll tell you right now so now you actual man I tell you it's in a bag of it still hitting the bag so I guess saying no pride and service sometimes if they work on that a little bit better I think Monday would be a great place to go so I give it a five-star sometimes but not all the time

Had a great meal at the Wendy's at 707 West Center Street in West Bridgewater, Massachusetts on a Wednesday at lunchtime in mid-July 2018. Cashier Henry gave us a great greeting and promised he'd be right with us but Sheila finished with her customer first and took our order. She was very careful to make sure she got all our modification correctly, for which we were thankful as we have several dietary restrictions. These are two great employees, Wendy's, and are the perfect people to be the customer-facing front of your restaurant.

Our order came out of the prep area quickly and with everything perfectly prepared to our specifications. Oh, yeah, and everything was delish and nutrish, too, including my full sized avocado salad, always yummy in my tummy. Thank you, Wendy's for your perfect record of predictable perfection.

On the way out I spoke briefly with the manager to tell her that her crew's good works, up front and in back, had made three people very happy with their lunch this day. I told her that I had been so impressed with Kevin's joyful greeting and customer-oriented demeanor that I'd thought it might've been his first day on the job but that he told me he'd been working there since December. She told me that he is one of her very good workers.

Careful pulling out of the restaurant parking lot. I was channeled by the markings on the pavement to go right out of the parking lot directly onto Route 106 when I really wanted to go left to head back to Route 24. I couldn't figure out how to get out with the traffic light I went through to get in. I will walk it on my next visit to get a better lay of the land.

There are no other easy off and almost easy on Wendy's along this stretch of Route 24. It is a perfect stopping point on my way to CostCo, which is just a few exits further up north on the highway. You know you are not supposed to shop on an empty stomach.

It would be very nice to see you here when I next stop in here on my monthly visit to the big box store.

Great service. Very friendly and fast. Chyna took my order with a smile and was super pleasant, very kind to my two daughters. I'll be returning just because of her service alone.

Drive thru was quick, order was spot on and food was freshly prepared. Also the voice on the mic as well as window greeter we're courteous.

The location in West Bridgewater is always very busy but they can really get you out of there quick as specially through the drive up! My orders are always right and always hot.
