Tyler was very professional. He was so fast and accommodating.

My phone wouldn’t turn on or work at all. He replaced the screen in about 20 minutes. Although I was not in a rush, he kept telling me I’ll get you out of here in just a minute. The fact that he was considerate for my time meant a lot to me .

You can tell he was big on customer satisfaction.

I rarely leave reviews but the staff here did an amazing job. I thought my Google Pixel 6a was toast but they replaced the screen in 24 hours, (would have been even sooner but they had to order a part), and it functions perfectly again. You get what you pay for and I would definitely recommend coming here. Thank you!

My Fold 4 would crash when I opened the inner display. Verizon sent me here for a repair. Tyler helped me, and answered all of my questions. The repair was done faster than the estimated time. I am very satisfied with the service and result.

I broke my phone and contacted AT&T to place an insurance claim to get my phone fixed. I was told that the closest location was in NJ and 30 minutes away. I obviously had no choice and traveled to the UBreakit location in Westwood, NJ. I called in advance and was told just bring it in, we have the information from AT&T. When I walked into the store, I was immediately greeted by Tyler who took my phone and fixed it in about 45 min. He was engaging and kept me in the loop while he was fixing my phone. I must say that I was first not happy that I had to travel 30 minutes from my home for service, but I am so happy that I did. Tyler, who is the store manager is truly an asset to this store, and I am willing to travel another 30 minutes if the need ever arise again.

I scheduled an appointment with my carrier to have my iPhone diagnosed and possibly repaired. The repair took about five minutes, and I was very satisfied with the outcome. For street parking, don't forget to use the ParkMobile app to secure your spot, as the meter attendants in Westwood, NJ, are very diligent.

Fixed broken screen on Google Pixel 7 Pro. They had screen in stock, repair took less than 2 hours and phone looks and works great again (was experiencing serious lag opening apps). Pleasant and confidence inspiring Technician. Would definitely use again.

I cannot express on how HAPPY I am right now because of the technician TYLER in the Westwood, NJ store. He helped me with my broken phone that was not backed up for 2 years. I had so much that was not saved on my broken device and Tyler was very positive and kept me calm and reassured me that he was going to help me. I have taken two iPhones here to be fixed and they have done an excellent job. They are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The most recent time I took my phone to them, I couldn’t get it to charge as I thought the import jack on my phone was bent. But it turns out it needed to be cleaned out. They fixed in about a minute and refused to charge me even after my insistence to give them something. If you’re phone doesn’t work, don’t buy a new one just yet. Take to the guys here, it’s worth it.

Best place to fix your phone. Google Pixel 8 Pro screen got repaired quickly. It is not the cheapest but one of the best. I was in and out in about 30.

Was recommended to this uBreakiFix because my phone went blank and wouldn't start up. Not only did he take care of that, but also fixed another phone at the same time with an outgoing audio problem, by taking apart the mic area and cleaning it out.
He took the time to explain a lot, especially his repair process.

Had a great yet quick fix for my phone! I dropped my phone and needed repairing quickly! Thankfully, these guys were very accommodating and literally fixed my phone in less than 24 hours! I thought my phone wouldn't be fixed, the guy said Verizon didn't come through. Verizon came through with the work order, and he chased me a block down the street to let me know it came through. Very kind, dedicated and hard working. An unmatched level of costumer service.
