Wendy's

This is one of the cleaner wendys I've visited. Service was friendly and with a smile. Great experience as far as fast food goes. I try not to eat at fast food restaurants too much but I was pleased with this visit to this particular Wendy's. Definitely worth a visit when you're in the area. Actually my order was ready before I could even finish pouring my drink. Lol. Food was hot and delicious!! 👍👍

This is one of few locations that will actually get your order right and fresh every time!!

Food was as I ordered, no wait time, nacho sandwich was spicy for my taste, but not anyone's fault just wanted to try something new. It was takeout, so I'm not sure how it was on the inside.

Previous review is below for reference. This place has improved dramatically as of late. Service is consistent and the food is always hot and fresh. I no longer dread it when I crave Wendy’s! Great stop for convenient and fast food.

I’ve come through the drive thru here maybe 10 times and about 7 of those times I was told for various reasons that they were not taking orders. Today their “system was down” and another time they decided they were only taking mobile orders at 8:00 pm. If you can get food it’s pretty good for Wendy’s, but overall the service is so inconsistent that whenever I want Wendy’s I dread coming here because more often than not I get turned away.

It's Wendy's, so don't expect gourmet dining. BUT...the service is friendly and their drink machine is usually stocked with all the flavors. (I prefer Coke with lime myself. ) It's also one of the cleaner places I've been to.

Drive-thru lady is truly amazing. Ive had a really rough week and just wanted to get a Wendy's egg n cheese croissant.
I changed my order 2/3 times in the drive thru realizing I wanted more than just the sammich lol and the lady was nice even still.
I hope you know, even tho we didn’t sit and have a conversation, I cried after pulling off from your window because I know I was annoying and you were so polite and kind to me and quick to get me going again. You made my day and you don’t even know 🙏🏼

Never an issue with a drive-thru order.

I don't usually leave revues for chain fast food places but this specific location deserves taking the time to leave one.

Note to the manager/owner of this location, who every was scheduled to work the evening of January 20th, 2022 deserves a raise!!! The line had about 10 cars when I pulled in and it was moving efficiently with no delays. My order was perfect, fresh and well worth the $11.00 spent on it.
Hats off to Cynthia and hew crew that evening.

A huge shout out to Leslie! My family and I came in last night (11.14.22) for a quick bite to eat...My salad was perfect, my son's chicken nuggets were perfect....My husbands double cheeseburger was not so perfect..lol When we approached the counter to ask to have the cheeseburger remade...Leslie asked what the issue was and corrected and did so with a HUGE smile!

The new burger was so HOT and FRESH....reminded us of how Wendy's use to be!

But most of all the customer service given to us by Leslie EXCEEDED our expectations! Please make sure she is recognized for her hospitality!

Our experience was awesome! When we first pulled in we noticed how new the place was and when we walked in it was so clean that we decided to eat in. When we came through the door we were greeted by a woman named Carina with a very friendly smile and a big "Welcome to Wendy's". She was very helpful answering our questions and very patient while we decided. Carina took our order and the manager Sue said that she was cooking fries fresh for us and they would bring them out. So we weren't seated maybe 3 or 4 minutes and Carina brought our food to us and even bringing ketchup because she thought we might want it, and we did. She asked if we needed anything else and even helped me with the soda machine because of course I'm old and she was very accommodating. The whole staff was very nice and they even told us to have a good night as we were leaving. Excellent! We will definitely be back!

Fresh food. Good customer service.

Employees are kind and food is always hot and fresh.

This one here in Ocoee is great. The people that work there are so pleasant and courteous. Especially the young man that is usually working at the first window, such a polite young man. Always ask how are you and always thanks you.
I can't remember them ever getting my order wrong.
The other people are also very nice and they also thank you. I always tell people that I buy from thank you but most places they don't even respond
One of my favorite places to get fast food.

I don't know what Wendy's these people are going to, but this Wendy's is located next to a school. It's the cleanest, most courteous, most fastest Wendy's I have ever come across and we love the 4for4. It's a great after school snack. I've never had an issue with anything at this Wendy's. As a matter of fact one day when my daughter and I were sharing a meal, one of the workers came over and offered us a free frosty, out of the blue. My daughter was so excited! It made her day much brighter. I dont know a Wendy's that does something like that. Go see for yourself, it's one of the cleanest Wendy's around. It only smells like French fried and burgers. They have a customer for life!

The girl that's normally at the drive through for breakfast is amazing. She's so polite and friendly. Thank you for being so awesome. This Wendy's is the best, always hot and fresh food. Thank you!

Great service. Great food. The Wendy's on West Rd is worth stopping by. The Manager on duty at the time, Pam, was very helpful and courteous.

Fast, accurate, and a pretty nice crew.

They remember my order and my special requests. Meal was ready quick. Can't ask for more.

They offered me a large meal and I loved it. All of the items where large and I was really happy.
