Food is amazing. We got subs and chips and we’re not disappointed. Service was great. Waitress was attentive and nice. Pricing was great as well. One of the reviews below noted how sandwiches were not to size. They do not say that you get a 12 inch whole sub or a 6 inch half sub. They notate “whole” or “half” of sandwich. The portions they give you are filling and delicious. They offer lunch specials as well. They offer beer as well. Parking on street is free and parking lots nearby are free as well.

Fantastic atmosphere and staff. Consistently fresh and delicious. Sandwiches are always on point and lots of choices for build your own. You can not miss with anything on the menu.

With that being said, get the hummus. Trust me. If you think you don't like hummus, it is only because you have not had this hummus. It changes lives for the better. Go see why I say it.

Amazing service, Jordan was my server she was amazing keep my drinks full and was super cool! The atmosphere is great, all of the workers are amazing, food was delicious. 100% recommend this place, quickly became my favorite place in Johnson city to grab a sub and some beer!!

Our server today, Buffy, went above and beyond for me to meet my gluten free, vegan requests and I know this is not always easy. Laid back atmosphere, cheap drinks, delicious Sammies, and the bartenders make you feel at home!

My boyfriend suggested coming here for lunch today and it was AMAZING! Our waitress was so sweet, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and super cute! I ordered the Caprese and had the Lavender French cocktail! Absolutely my favorite. I also ordered one of the half sandwich lunch specials along with my boyfriend and it too was amazing!
The food is great quality and is a great alternative if trying to eat clean!

First but not last visit! Sandwiches can be steamed or toasted. Delicious! Have a choice of 5 sandwiches for a $5.99 lunch special. Sandwich with a bag of chips. Inside an old bank building that was repurposed as a pharmacy before a sandwich shop. Worth the visit!

Best sandwiches me and my friends have ever eaten! Hours are super convenient since most bars close kitchen early too and open every day of the week. Very clean place and service was nice

This place was so fun to hang for a while. Everyone that worked there was friendly and welcoming. The sandwiches were awesome, and you have to save room for the S’more dessert - plenty to share.

Best bar and food in Johnson city. Staff and service is bar none. Great lunch spot and awesome late night vibes!! Ashton & Jordan best bar tender in the area!!! I recommend the Tony.

This is my home away from home. Every sandwich and food item on the menu is delicious. The bar has a great selection of beers and liquors. Bartenders and all staff are friendly and attentive.

One of the best places in downtown Johnson City to eat! If you want dollar store meat go to Subway, if you want a wholesome lunch visit Spring Street. The crew and atmosphere are always inviting as well.

In a word... amazing! I'll start with the food... Had the Spring Street Stunner (pastrami, pepperoni, cheddar, chipotle mayo, etc.) on pumpernickel, steamed. Oh my goodness... best sandwich I've ever had, hands down. Cucumber salad... also ridiculous - serious contender for best ever. And they have a full bar. Service... was awesome. The woman who waited on us (manager or owner?) was very warm, friendly (and suggested the pumpernickel for my sandwich). Atmosphere: clean and bright with multiple huge TVs featuring sports, 90's hip-hop, one devoted to an animal channel, another locked onto The Bob Ross Channel. Somehow it all tied together.

I love a good soup/sandwich comfort meal, and Spring Street always kills it. I love that the soup options are always rotating so it’s impossible to get burned out. I can eat here multiple times a week and not feel guilty because there are loads of ways to keep it healthy. It’s a great place to get a drink, and their cocktail list always has something fun you won’t find anywhere else. The sweet tea is my favorite in town too. I really love it here, it’s good food and good people.

We love going here. They have great Sandwiches. Reasonably priced considering the location. Trust me! Try pricing real estate anywhere near there so should be understanding before you go inside. They are there to make money not charity. Truth but real, and that's who I am so that's what you get. Ashton is the main reason I have continued the visits there as with her investment in the company and attitude she portrays as a business owner I have much respect for. Also I love to promote women run businesses. Diversity is the key to equality! Enjoy!
