Northern Bay Resort

We have stayed here for 12 straight years. EVERY year has been nothing short of amazing! Everything from the condo's to the golf experience has exceeded my expectations. Trust me, that is an accomplishment!

Love this place. Really nice condominiums. I have been there quite a few times. Great place for a bunch of family, friends or couples to hang out for a secluded weekend. Inexpensive. A bunch of us generally couple up and split the cost of the condos. Each couple has their own room and we generally give the penthouse suite to the first timers. We bring our own food, seasonings, beverages and some cooking equipment. There is equipment included in all of the condos we have stayed in. We always have a great time. We bring our own bluetooth speakers, but some of these condos have surround sound, so you should probably bring an auxiliary cord. You and your people will enjoy. Also, there is a personal, free laundry room in each condo, so bring detergent and fabric softener.

Visited Island Pub and Grill for lunch on 7/ 15/23. The food was excellent and reasonably priced, and well worth the price.
The bartender was by herself, serving drinks, and taking food orders. We sat outside, and another 2 couples were outside. I have to say this bartender worked her butt off, and was exceptional. When leaving, there was a table of about 12 guys, more people at the bar, and a few people buying some take and go hamburgers. The bartender was right on top of it all! Places all over are short staffed, but this bartender had no complaints, a definite asset to the company! Positive attitude and exceptional server. Thank you. Give that bartender/ server a bonus!

I have golfed here a handful of times over the past few months. I am relatively new to golfing. I have lived within a mile of this course for 5 years and was introduced to the sport by my brother in-law recently. I have had an enjoyable experience so far. Need to look into what membership costs. Very happy with the course.

A fun, challenging course with great replica holes. I have hosted events here over the last few years and the staff is always professional and easy to work with. I have hosted a couple of golf trips with friends and the rental units are well-equipped and larger than average condos. Highly recommended!

Annual trip with large friend group and they always treat us well.

Very beautiful place, well cleaned and taken care of. The golf course, lake front, pool, and tiki bar are enjoyable as well. Highly recommend. Also the sunset is gorgeous!

A challenging golf course for any golfer who thinks he/she has a "complete " game. This course will make you hit every club in your bag, to the best of your ability. Signature holes will add to the challenge. A fun course/resort.

Just fished 18 on the course. It's been dry this year but the course is watered daily. Great condition that improved every year. We bring up a group of 24 friends yearly. They look forward to playing the course. They are alway impressed and come back again every year.

We had dinner in the restaurant and were very pleased at the quality of the food. We now are frequenting the restaurant more often. As a condo owner for 11 years and we love The course and club house at Northern Bay.

What a gem of a place! We stayed in a 2bedroom, 2 bath condo, ground floor and it was fantastic! Very clean! Staff in pro shop and restaurant were amazing! The golf course was beautiful and giving! Their golf carts are newer, however they don't have the ability to charge your phone. We will definitely be back next fall!

The course was in great condition. My game was not. I'm not sure what some people were complaining about. I guess some people will complain about anything. I definitely recommend this course.

Came back. Great drinks and service again

Our family rented 406 for a long weekend and loved our stay. The unit was very clean. We enjoyed watching the golfers off the balcony. The unit also included stand up paddleboards, kayaks, a grill and access to a boat slip which was just across from the unit.

Additionally the resort has tennis and pickleball courts (bring your own paddles/balls), a pool/kiddie pool/ hot tub, basketball & volleyball courts (bring your own balls), a beach with a swim raft and a fun tiki bar open on Friday/Saturday nights.

My first time at the course. I've driven east and west on I-90 a thousand times and hoped to play someday when I saw the sign along the interstate. Finally got the opportunity to play when my buddy offered a fall special. The course was in great condition. The signature holes made the entire experience unforgettable. We will be back again and again. It will be an annual event for us.

We’ve been going here for 15+ straight years with 16+ guys. It’s the perfect setup for a stay and play and always have a positive experience. Favorite course by far and strongly encourage people to try it. Replica holes are amazing! Can’t get ourselves to try anywhere different.

It is the 4th of July, a beautiful day for golf. Steve, the General Manager, was filling in for his people. He not only handled the desk, phones but was also there to clean our clubs at the end of the day. He did it with a smile and his friendly charm. Thank you Steve for making our day!

Northern bay is such a fun place to visit. They have an incredible golf course that they take good care of. They also have other things at the resort for the whole family. They have a pool, beach, tennis courts, and playground. They also have a clubhouse for food and tiki bar with live bands over busy times of the year.

The people are absolutely fantastic and personable. The course was I. Excellent shape. Having played many if the courses the replica replicate, they did a fantastic job. I will be telling all my Ohio friends about this course..... WELL DONE!

We had an amazing three day weekend. We had three couples who stayed in a three bedroom, three bath condo with additional sleeping avalable on two foutons. We stayed in unit 705, which was golf course view. In the past , we had stayed in two other lakeview properties. The nice thing about golf course view is it is in the shade in the afternoon hours. On Lakeview properties, you are facing west and it is very hot and sunny during cocktail hour on your deck. The property was very well equipped with everything we needed. It was impeccably clean. We have have booked three different long weekends at Northern Bay Resort and have never been disappointed. We will definitely book again.
