Excellent staff very quick, not always the best location (lots of transient people) but great service and my coffee is always perfect!

Very friendly. They always are nice and go out of there way to say hello to myself and my son. Great attitude and atmosphere

The weekday morning crew is the best!!! They get to know you and your regular order and you become part of their family. I love when Melissa at drive-thru makes me surprise combos of my frozen coffee. She knows exactly what I like and makes the best drinks. Staff is super friendly and prompt. I also love when I'm in a rush, using my dunks app and ordering ahead and I just run in or pull up to drive thru and its waiting for me. I also love earning freebies by earning points through the app. Store is ALWAYS very clean as is their restroom.

I love this Dunkin'! Sometimes I have to stir my own coffee but the short wait times make up for it.

Great location if you commute from the Rochester area to the Portsmouth area. Service is usually quick, and the staff is usually in a good mood. Everyone there is polite, and I've never had an issue with my order.

Used to live off their bacon, egg and cheese croissants but always have to ask that they triple cook their bacon as if I do NOT ask, I'll receive uncooked, slimey almost rare bacon which is just...yuck. If it's not the bacon, then the sandwich will be missing cheese or just plain cold. Had to return to get my order remade too many times to count and because of this I felt I was a burden to the employee's and became fearful of getting a "spit sandwich" as some employees made it very clear I was an inconvenience to them when I'd ask for my order to be fixed. So I stopped going. Saves me money!

Absolutely amazing restaurant, always clean and complies with all CDC recommendations for mask wearing, cleanliness and generosity. If you are not vaccinated, wear a mask to protect yourself and those around you, please! It's not just COVID-19 we have to worry about anymore, this is bigger than corona!

I've visited this location dozens of times over the last few years. It can be busy depending on time of day, but it's usually adequately staffed and the line will move right along. Never had a mixed up order. It's as good as a Dunkin' Donuts gets.

I always have a great experience at DD. My coffee is just the way I like it and I have always had nice customer service

I come to the 108 Dunks most mornings and they get my coffee right every time! Staff is always super friendly and helpful! Best in town

I was a "walk-thru'". Just because you can't go into certain Dunkin's yet, doesn't mean you can't claim your place in the back of the car line and walk up to the windows to order!!!!

Good people this one girl Tamara knows me on site and has my order memorized they are also pretty quick depending on who is on that girl had my 5 drinks out in 2 minutes

Well I wish they had automatic doors because I'm in a wheelchair and it was hard to get in the doors they weren't not handicapped

Went during an AM rush and was through the drive thru line in 5 minutes.

America runs on dunks. Put aside the lines because everywhere in America is short staffed and it doesn't seem to be getting any better its still dunks and the coffee feeds my soul. 🤣🤣

Always a speedy service at the Whitehall rd location. Never held up thru the Drive-Thru for more than 5 min.
