Drive thru very fast and food is fresh and delicious and received makes the McDonald's near autobell look terrible. Great deals with mobile app

We only stopped to use their bathrooms, which were surprisingly clean and well stocked.

Only 2 ladies working the whole restaurant and I must say they were incredible. I cannot complain!

Haven't been to this mcdonalds in a while came back to pick up food for the family they have great manger that ask if you need anything else and same with the crew when I received my food it was hot and fresh and was asked if I was needing any sauces instead of dropping the bag and walking away will be visiting back here soon.

Great to get a big Mac and fries and drinks and enjoy it

The Mgr was overworked today, but she was still pleasant and helped me with my order. She even brought it to me to save me steps. She did not know how big of a help that was but I truly appreciated it. I am in need of a hip replacement and every saved step is very precious to me until I can get it done. I will keep this McDonald's in mind the next time I have an appointment. Thank you so very much! 😉😇🙏❣

Staff was AWESOME! My Granddaughter dropped her nuggets on the floor and I went to pay for her more. They saw what happened because we were dining in. They gave me another 4 pack for her. To me that is amazing customer service. They didn't have to do that but definitely earned my future business

The crew was absolutely awesome today, it's Christmas day and they did awesome job.

Let's just say, I will drive out of my way just to go to this McDonald's when there's one closest to me because they always give fresh food.

Absolutely wonderful! Quick drive thru, courteous people! Got order, ate in parking lot as we had other places to go. Two of the side gravys were half full. I called talked to, (I think), Shanda. She apologized and with-in 2 minutes we had 2 full fresh cups of gravy brought to our vehicle. Everything was hot & fresh, just like you would like it to be all the time! THANK YOU MCDONALD'S!

Very nice staff! I ordered on the app and my food was ready fast and correct! I drive a longer distance to this location because I know they are nice and have the items available that I really want (Mocha Frappe).

Ended up at this location today when the Lincolnton location was closed at the moment waiting for their staff (completely understandable). We expected a long wait because of this but they kept the line moving and delivered fast and friendly service! From one fast food worker to another, there's some amazing team work happening in there tonight!

McDonald's in boger city continues to lack proper management, they're always either runde or short with you whenever you question the preparation of the food you order. I had a Sunday and added Reese's pieces to it (which by the way was ordered through the kiosk because the lady standing right in front of the register couldn't take five seconds of her time to take my order. So I paid with cash so either way she still had to assist with my order, hehe!) So they were out of Reese's pieces and I was told that in a quick rude way. The Sunday was good. Just glad there ice cream machine was working for once!
