I go there every weekend to pick up toppers, Whole Hearted, Just Food For Dogs, treats and bone broth. Great staff, friendly and knowledgeable too. Plus our GSD loves seeing his friends too.

Brought my Doberman Pinscher here to get her nails clipped. She won't let anyone touch her feet. The women who work here are very kind and understanding. She took her time, did a great job on Byrdies' nails. While she was getting her nails done another worker who was passing by saw how frightened and stressed Byrdie was and she took the time to stop and pet, and reassure her that she would be ok! So thoughtful. We will be going back next week for round 2! I was also very impressed by the fact that you can bring your dog in and for something like $20 you can rent a little area where you can wash and dry your dog yourself.

We located a coupon on the shelf for the cat food we purchased and though it was expired, the cashier still honored it because they were still on display. She then removed them from the shelves. Fantastic customer service.

Petco has a good variety of animal food and treats. Prices are reasonable 😉. Plus I bought two adorable Guinea Pigs from this location. They "popcorn" a lot.

Update: I got three more guinea pigs and I save so much money with Vital Care Premier. Worth the investment, to improve the quality of life of my guinea pigs!!!

I took my new puppy to get her nails clipped by Isabella. Isabella was wonderful with her! I will definitely be returning! I've returned since and have had Rhonda as a regular groomer. Another fantastic staff member who I now always ask for.

Great location in general, clean, well ran and friendly staff. If you're coming here for supplies for your dog or cat you should be alright. If you are looking for pet food/ supplies for FERRETS you will waste your time. This particular location doesn't carry ferret supplies but the location in Warwick near 5 guys and 5 below does

Best experience my dog has ever had doing vaccines! He's had such bad experiences with his normal vet in the past and has caused extreme anxiety even while sedated. The two women were super patient with him and didn't rush him. He normally needs to be muzzled when getting vaccines and he was perfectly fine with them with no muzzle. I appreciate these women so much for taking the time to sit with him to earn his trust before rushing into giving shots. We will definitely be back!

Everyone was very helpful and friendly, all my questions were answered and I went home with information about procedures after my visit. I will definitely come back :)

Have gone here multiple times, have built a rapport with John! He has helped me build my new freshwater tank from nothing to now flourishing with live plants and fish! Great guy, super knowledgeable!

Vetco .. am sus about the way they practice .. I feel like they try to promote their own private products like Banfield does.. I wish there was a farm vet near me ... They literally drag my dog to the back every time and get so upset if I try and help walk him .. smh

My order arrived in a timely fashion. Also the price was very reasonable.

I stopped here to have both of my dogs groomed for the first time. I was impressed with the way the store looked inside and out. It is definitely more updated than the stores in Providence and North Attleboro. This store has a vet, Grooming Salon, and a self-service Pet Wash. All the racks, displays, and aisles were stocked and well-organized. Rhonda in the grooming salon was helpful from start to finish. She was even able to text me when the dogs were done with a personalized message. The price was higher here than competitors, but I was satisfied and it was worth the money spent.

I have brought my dog here a couple times for a bath, I feel like it's affordable and think they do a good job. Doesn't hurt he smells great for days :) All the staff seems nice but Kait took care of my dog last time, she was super sweet and made me feel comfortable leaving my dog with her! Thanks Kait!

This store is clean and well stocked. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable.

I took my two dogs here for the first time and was a bit nervous at first but everyone was so nice and helpful. Everyone in the grooming department is great! Not only did they do a great job of grooming them, but they took wonderful care of my dogs as well. Usually they come back from the groomers all stressed and sometimes even cut, but the groomers here made sure that they were extra careful and gentle with my two babies. I could tell by their behavior when I picked them up that they were much more relaxed than usual. Very great workers and very very great experience!

Kayla was wonderful, so helpful and kind. She went over and above making sure we were properly taken care of. We are over the moon with Fiji our cherry headed tortoise!

JK is the best! He works at the Smithfield store (02917), and he is exactly who you want out on the floor dealing with customers! I am a regular here, and he's always a refreshing face with a good attitude!
