Dunkin'

The staff at this location are so nice, love them! This is my “home” Dunkin so I go here often. It is a very touristy spot so on the weekends around 9:30-11 it gets very busy so be aware. But please be nice to the staff!! They are doing their best to keep it moving.

I was going for a hair appointment next door to Dunkin. I decided I wanted a beverage and stopped in. Honestly, I generally have low expectations in any D.D. anymore, so was just hoping to get "in and out". I walked in and THAT was the moment that I was caught totally off guard. I was greeted by Sara who began to start up a general conversation with me. She was pleasant and thoughtful in her words and was a "breath of fresh air" that you don't normally find in most businesses these days. We chatted for maybe 3 or 4 minutes before we got to my order. I asked her about the hot chocolate and she told me that she could make it with milk though normally it is made with water......said it would be so much better and richer. I took her up on her offer. She continued to chat with me as she prepared my order which I also bought 3 donuts. She tells me she has been with D.D. for 2 years. I really hope that the management of this company know what they have in Sara. She is definitely a leader and is an asset to D.D.
Believe me, if I had an opening in my company, I would offer her a position with me.

I visit this Dunkin quite often an I have a pleasant experience each time.
The employees that work there are very pleasant an efficient. The manager Heather runs a great crew.
An yes the coffee is excellent.

Went here several times during a stay in Reddington Beach. Got our coffees super quick and they even have wireless chargers on the tables. I think other reviews have way too high of expectations for a fast food coffee joint.

Best value for breakfast/snacks on the beach.
Location is pet friendly too - they offer pup cups!

We stopped by this morning to grab a quick coffee and donut and were greeted by a lively, energetic, friendly staff! We don’t really know how to order at Dunkin’ and they were super helpful!

Karizma and Brandon were both working when I stopped in to get an iced coffee. They were both professional, very efficient and the store was nice and clean.

Everyone was pleasant and helpful. The order was relatively complicated, and they got it right.

Had the Baskin robbins ice cream all good nice staff drive thru is at a dinosaur pace inside good

Went through the drive thru a few times while visiting and was time service was friendly and they got the others correct, great job management

I appreciate the fact that they have good coffee. There is very little weight time and the app they used did not ask me for a tip.

I go out of my way to visit this Dunkin. The staff is always nice and they make my drinks just the way I like them. Thanks Dunkin!

The dunkin' donuts always gets my order right. There's a few other ones in the area that I've gone to and they never get my order right and it's so simple. 15 glazed donuts, munchkins.

Best Dunkin in America!! We travel A LOT and have a Dunkin near our home. We come to Madeira beach twice a year and this Dunkin continues to be THE BEST!!

Our food, drinks, and donuts were all delicious! They were also very quick even during a busy time. The store was very clean and the staff were very courteous. A great place to grab some quick food.

Man I tell you what, this was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a Dunkin’ and the coffee was exactly what a Dunkin’ coffee should be. All the time I have bad experiences at Dunkin’ Donuts across the county, in fact I just left a review about another recently that was just terrible. Always some reason that they s*** the bed. Or just terrible attitudes. Not here, the dude taking the order was nice and humorous, and the dude that made the order made it with love. So yeah, good job guys.

Great staff & experience here. They made both lattes to perfection (so thankful bc I've had so many made terribly from other Dunkins lately), the food was perfect. Local guy took order and handed it over, very friendly staff.

This Dunkin' was fast and accurate. They were friendly upon arrival. Heather a Trainee served us and though being new had excellent customer service skills and knowledgeable about the menu items

JT is a rock star, give the kid a raise! He was all by himself at night with several customers in the store as well as in the drive through. He kept his head cool, was super nice and talkative all while working his butt off running both Dunkin and Baskin Robbins at the same time. Thanks for awesome customer service JT, you're the best!
