I was able to easily fill my vehicle with gas. Pay at the pump was easy.

As with most BP gas stations, this one is very apt. The employees are nice, which is really the most you can ask for from gas station employees. I would recommend it!

The courtesy of the staff cannot be put into words I was so sick one day to barely walk other people would do anything and the person on duty stayed with me until medics could get to me and help me I will never forget what the clerk did for me

I just had a strange experience.

I’m a photographer, and I enjoy taking various pictures of nature and scenery for my travelogue.

As my car’s pumping gas, I thought I’d get out as take some pictures of the sky and such.

I noticed they had a vintage-style car wash, and with the rainy sky, I thought it’d make a good photo.

As I’m snapping it, while my vehicle is still pumping gas, the employee/owner walks out of the store, seemingly angry, and says,

“Why are you taking pictures of here! Don’t take pictures of here. Why?”

I’m a little taken aback, but I reply, “I’m a photographer. I like to take pictures of nature, architecture, the sky, things like that.”

No problem, right? Then he says again, angrily, “Why you take pictures of this store!?”

And again, I say something like, “It’s pretty. I like to take pictures of pretty views and scenery.”

He probably thought I had an ulterior motive for taking pictures, like I was an inspector. But I was trying to reassure him that wasn’t the case.

I was even complimenting the store, calling it pretty, but instead of gratitude, he was more upset; it seemed like he doubted that anyone could possibly think his store was pretty.

My answers didn’t satisfy him. He seemed to find it hard to believe that there are people who are into architectural photography. He’s probably had other people point out to him that it’s an older BP station that hasn’t been updated/renovated in a while, but that’s no reason to be paranoid of his own customers.

Then he says, “No. No pictures of this property!”

Then finally I say, “I can take pictures. It’s legal to take pictures.” He says no, yada yada yada.

So I’m kind of agitated at this point so I left and that’s that. Now I’m going to be nervous every time I stop off at a gas station to take a picture.

BP is a mainstream service station so this should not have happened. I get that they’re just selling off naming rights to independent owners, but still, there’s a certain code of values by which a major company has to abide. This wouldn’t happen at a Quik Trip.

They have bugs in their fountain drinks and will refuse you a refund when you ask for a refund. They will tell you you can get another fountain drink. No I don't want to drink more bugs. Disgusting! Will be reporting to FDA and BBB

I've been here twice in the last 2 months. The first time I went in bought a candy bar that was $3.50 and a water that was $2.25. Instead of scanning them the cashier physically entered them into the cash register. He charged me $9.37 for the transaction. I quickly swiped my card as I usually do. After looking at the price I questioned the cashier. He tries to tell me the prices were wrong or the items were misplaced on the shelf. They were clearly marked and in the correct spot. I asked for my money back and he said he could not do that. After questioning his business practice he reluctantly agreed to refund my money.

I went back in today only because my son wanted a water bottle for band camp. I purposely looked to make sure I knew what I was buying and the cost. It was a water labeled at $2.49. I was looking at the card swipe machine at the checkout counter. Again, a different cashier rang up my order without scanning it. He showed me the cash register display, and it totaled $2.99. I set the item on the counter and told him it only cost $2.49. He again tried to tell me it was marked incorrectly. It was not. I let him know this store practices a deceitful business practice an I was going to report it to BP.

I left and went to a station further away, purchased the same water brand which was labeled $2.49 and the total with tax was $2.67.

2.69 for a fountain soda that taste like a watered down soda, give me a break. I was watched the entire time I was in there too.

Completely over priced, dirty, stinky and owner of cashier is rude.. please use the other gas stations cause a bag of chips n candy off brand should never be $7.00

I can hardly give one star. The person refused my patronage and sited a “wet” floor. I asked to please come in after the floor was dry and they refused. Got mad at me and started yelling. I tried to comply and say take my card but they refused. I walked across the fry floor and got yelled at. I used to come here a lot but after this I will never come back. Attendant called ME names.

DO not spend a dollar at this location. We had a car break down and this attendant was a clear jerk, told us we have “one hour to hurry up and tow” before he tows it away. WOW.

Wow. Not surprised at all the negative reviews. I was refused service because I had a debit card(debit/credit kiosk was fully functional)and not cash for general msde. The owner does not want to pay the minor fee associated with utilizing credit card company services. He should probably look into his corporate franchised agreement because I am sure that he is in breach of it. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS.

if i could give them less than one star i would. wouldn’t serve me i just wanted a cup of ice, willing to pay for it also and guy running the store was super ignorant. would think they needed my business with how few customers they get. wouldn’t recommend coming here. think he wants to go out of business. let’s get it done!

Terrible customer service. Fountain soda was in need of bag change. Only carbonated water came out of spout. Dumped my ice out and store worker said I was wasting ice and asked me to leave. NO JOKE.
I will never go there again. Ever!!!

I have had several bad experiences at this location. So much so that, in spite of it being the closest gas station to me by far, I will no longer do business here.
