I was short cash, as I thought I had my credit card, forgetting that it was recently compromised and in process of being replaced. Manager didn’t think twice and made up the difference. What a helpful attitude and made my morning, as he didn’t know I just left the hospital where my spouse is being treated. Thank you for your kindness!

If you are in St louis and you are not aware of panera bread , then I don't know what to say.
If you are the kind of person who likes to write, read, and study along with some coffee and 🥪 - this place is just perfect.

One of the cleanest St Louis Bread company locations I’ve been to in a long time. Asiago breakfast sandwich was A M A Z I N G! The cashier helped me choose my breakfast sandwich and was spot on

I order on Monday, the bagel pack for Tuesday pickup.

Very clean, food was hot and you know it was fresh because you didn’t get in an instant.

Bread Co is my go to place when I want to have a get together with a friend or family member. Coffee is very good and the bakery goods are always yummy. Sandwiches, salads and soups always so delicious! Overall a great place to hang out and catch up any time of day.

Very friendly and kind staff. The kiosk seems to have some issues but the professionalism of the staff makes up for that. If you let them know you ordered from the kiosk they can find it pretty quickly. They were very nice and gave me a free pastry for the inconvenience

I love their french onion soup in a bread bowl. They also have great salads. The cinnamon crunch bagels are so good. I love them.

I've loved Bread Co. My whole life. We were eating the other evening and they walked over and gave us a huge box of bagels for free. I love that they don't just throw away food that didn't get sold. This is very high on the list of places to eat out at or go get it and eat at home. Either way, it's AMAZING...Always, ALWAYS has good food and it's not often you run into one of the employees who are cranky or just a bad worker in general. I absolutely LOVE this place!! 🙌🎯😄

Great food! Comfy environment. We were able to have a small family birthday luncheon for my sister with our sister-in-law and her 2 daughters...and the youngest great niece was along.

the staff is so welcoming, a lady saw me struggling with my trays and helped me. Food came out fast and tasted good. one of my favorite Bread Co in the area !

My coworker and I order breakfast and have it delivered at least once a week and we have ALWAYS gotten accurate orders and excellent fast delivery service. This is a great reliable location with really kind employee's as well. Shout out to the awesome delivery drivers at this location!

Great food as usual! Long SLOW line at ordering register. NO ONE LIKES USING AN ORDERING KIOSK! Slow orders.

On this Fine Friday morning, I decided to go pick up a bagel around 8:10.
There were two managers and three employees working very diligently to the constant rising of orders being placed. Thanks to the crazy worker shortage, I waited nearly half an hour for my toasted cinnamon crunch bagel. But I can’t be mad at the management or workers. There was no idling, all were working at lightening speed. The male manager was calling out orders as they were prepared. Imagine my surprise when the manager called out “Bueller” to which of course no one stepped up to own up to their clownish prank.

In normal times, this would be amusing to all and maybe even a laugh would escape from the lips of the unsuspecting Panera employee… but alas these are not normal times. The over worked manager only looked at the breakfast that he had labored so hard to prepare only to find the joke be on him. He gave a resignation sigh , set the parcel down and continued onward as cheerful as one can be in such strife conditions.

Like wow. I would have not have blamed him if he would have let loose like a cannon. But he stayed composed, professional and cheerful and promptly went to preparing the next order.

To an overworked managers and workers of the Friday morning Rush of September 24, I wasn’t able to thank you properly you were plenty busy with orders and clowns. Thank you, my cinnamon crunch bagel was incredible.

Overall good food. Salads, soups, sandwiches in a mid-price range.
Just upgraded to 5 stars (from 4) for all their innovative new items on the menu. If you like flatbread pizzas, home made soups and a variety of salads along with goodies from the bakery, then this is the place for you. If you become a member, there is also a rewards system that periodically gives you free or discounted items.

Always something yummy there, & always clean plus cheery

This cafe is huge, and the staff is always on top of it. The food is, of course, delicious and consistent. I visit here regularly since I work across the street, and it's never disappointed!
