Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I noticed some bad reviews. The place is fairly new meaning employees come and go until the right staff comes along. I noticed the staff is working well together. The food was good service was awesome.

My wife and our friends went out for dinner tonight and had a wonderful time catching up with each other. The food was great and the check in experience on the app went off without a hitch.

Briley was an amazing server today! She was very personable and attentive. We would all like to come back and sit in her section again!

Olive Garden is my favorite and this visit did not disappoint. The service was quick and great. Food was amazing. I had the ravioli carbonara while my husband had the baked ziti. Glad to see the new location up and running smoothly!

My husband and I were so impressed! From the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The hosts were prompt and very friendly. To our server, Tristan, thank you for providing excellent service!! Never have I had a server that thanks the guests after every thank you to him. The food was absolutely wonderful too so kudos to those cooks! All around wonderful experience and definitely a great night! 😊

The only negative thing I have to say is we set up the call ahead on the app and It said 20 - 25 minutes after we checked in it still took almost an hour. With that said it was Saturday night and they were very busy. Other than that the food and service were very good our waiter was one of the best we have had in a while. There were 6 of us everyone's food was hot fresh and correct and it all came out at the same time.

My husband made a statement about night time service been awful…. Miss Everlyene Had our Eyes wide open.. Best Customer Service, very personal.. she gave more then waitress.. she treated my family of 5 and myself like Family…100⭐

I placed an online order that I picked up from curbside. The place was pretty jam packed but upon arriving and checking in a worker immediately came to get my name. She came back shortly after getting my name to let me know how much longer it would be. My order was brought out a few minutes before expected. The worker was polite and it was a pleasant experience. The food was delicious. Keep it up guys! Good job 👍

The staff at Olive Garden did not disappoint! I will say to go online to their website to join the wait list before going there. This way you will save on time. I enjoyed the Chicken Alfredo. Food and service were all wonderful!

In our area there are few really stand-out restaurants . Olive Garden is new here. Walking in was a suprise for a chain business. It is beautiful! Attention to detail is seen everywhere. Wow!
Our server was outstanding. She answered any questions with a friendly smile. Our meal was presented, not just brought to us.
Our food was wonderful! Colorful, delicious, and plentiful. We enjoyed every bite! We were never rushed.

We opted for a later lunch to avoid packed rooms. Good choice 👌

It was my birthday so my daughter took me out. Everything was great and our service was great.

This was our first time at the new restaurant in Marion, IL. We went on our 53rd wedding anniversary! Everything was very nice. Did not have to wait to be seated. The staff was very friendly and took our order promptly. Very nice experience. Will definitely return to the restaurant.

The food was excellent and the staff were all awesome! I was able to see the place built because I drove by 2-3 times a week. I can't wait until we can return!

There was a manager named Sierra that served me and was so kind with a great work ethic as I saw she was helping out everyone around the restaurant. The food was also great and filling. The gnocchi soup and chicken and shrimp carbonara were amazing! I will definitely be back!

Friendly waitresses and good service n good food. Was very delicious! My auntie tipped $10 to a waitress.... It was awesome new building! Loved it... But wanna be honest walls need to be cleaned by the booth... Just for everyone's safety. Love ya

I have not dived in here yet. I have only picked up but the food has been excellent quality for me and I have had a long wait only one time (say 40 min sitting) out of three pickups (about 5 to 10 mins) which is not bad. Maybe a little surprising because I did order online. They told me when to come and I hit the link when I got there which was either at the time they told me to get there or 5 or 10 minutes later. You would think would that degree of pre-warning a restaurant could really nail it every time, but they are a new restaurant and so I'll give them a chance and a chance for things to settle down. Just because I love Olive Garden and their dishes and soups so much! Their quality is consistent with the Olive Garden brand!

The restaurant is very nice and very clean professional staff all very nice we were seated promptly our drinks and meals brought to our table quickly the food was very good our waitress was genuinely nice and attentive

The staff were wonderful. They made a mistake with my wife's order, the waitress noticed before it was put on the table. She had it corrected quickly.

Our waitress, Averlene, was the best. Food was fresh and came out in a timely manner. Although they were out of calamari which we really wanted, everything else was excellent.

Food and service was great. Long wait, so I recommend checking in online before going to the restaurant. Team is doing well in keeping it together while insanely busy.

Only unfortunate part was seeing an assistant manager or shift lead berate our server in plain view over something small.

Service was beyond great and so was the food. Management very professional yet friendly too. Can't wait to go back.
