Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I placed an order on the mobile app and picked up in the drive through . My food was fresh , order was correct and they even gave a few extra sauces. This was definitely one of my better experiences ordering from Popeyes. I’d definitely order from this location again.

Best Popeyes ever! I live in TX and everything is not bigger and better there. The Popeyes up here beats ours hands down. Chicken fresh, ample portion and hot enough to burn your mouth. Great flavor. The ones in TX are cold and look like shriveled prunes. Job well done N. Chicago!

People were inviting. Foo d was great. Not a fan of the parking lot though, took a little bit to leave because the drive thru was busy. I would go back though

Very friendly and food is always good and fresh.

I don’t go often but when I do the spicy chicken sandwich is always crispy/crunchy/hot and yummy. I leave Waukegan because North Chicago service & food is better.

When you have 20+ hungry nursing staff whose lunch break is at 10am, who do you call???
The Popeyes in North Chicago!
Not realizing opening was later on a Saturday, I called at 8:30am. Valentine answered the phone, yup, the phone! No press 1 or hold...just a friendly hello and proceeded to help me put together a sizable party order for pick up by 9:30am, before they officially open! Walked in to pick up was greeted by friendly staff. Order was hot & ready, well packed for transport.
This is customer service at its finest! Thank you Valentine & staff! You've saved the day!

Take little time to get the food but it was great customer service

Gary was the absolute best. All customer service employees should take notes. Normally I don't ask for an employees name unless they did something very wrong, but Gary was the complete opposite of what I've come to expect from these chicken places. Awesome job.

Ordered by phone at 4:02 pm for a pick-up at 8:00 pm. Arrived at 8:00 pm and they said there isn't any order under my name even though the money was takin out of my bank account. I showed them.They said they don't take phone orders.
Doubled payed for the order.... I will not order from there again and I will tell everyone and anyone to go somewhere else.
Also when you order on line they still make you wait in line.... I don't understand why you have to wait 15 to 20 minutes to pickup an order.
I will start going to the Popeyes in Waukegan.

Brenda and Lucy are awesome! I had to call in a big order for work and they made it so easy! Everything was labeled and even though they were busy Lucy helped me bring my order out to the car! Their customer service is great!! Definitely going back 🙂

Pretty impressed! Staff was friendly and efficient. Food was hot and delicious! Drive-thru is a little tight but manageable. I'll be back!

This Popeyes location has improved in the last year friendlier employees cleaner dining area (saw didn't eat in dining area). Same goes for the cleanliness of the lavatory. Waukegan location needs to take note of this establishment and keep up with the same and maybe those Waukegan folks wouldn't have to drive so far out for Popeyes chicken, causing the drive-thru to be backed up on a daily. 😁

The staff was very helpful and nice ,the restaurant was very clean and so was there restrooms .my order was given to me in a ferly quick .they also speak Spanish and English.

I went through the drive-thru as I normally do. One of my "pet peeves" is not to screw up my order. They ALWAYS have my orders correct every time! And the food is ALWAYS cooked completely through. Because I have been to a few other's where it wasn't!!
