Stopped in today and was helped by Sasha! The checkout process was efficient and super friendly!

Sasha let me know about price matching with Petco's website and other online competitors. She helped me sign-up for their loyalty program, letting me know there would be no intrusive messages. With her help, I saved money off each item and was able to save an additional $5 with their sign-up coupon.

(Heard her speaking Spanish with the guests before me, which is a huge plus in this area!!)

This is my go-to place for my dogs and bird. I’m always happy with Shannon taking care of my pups! Sasha is very kind and helped me set up the Vital Care program. She is so friendly and helpful! Great staff there!

Manager there is great help and super friendly. Some staff can be rude or simply don’t care about there job. Better to go in the morning when the manager is there! Great selections of food and supplies and they always seem stock!

The young girl who worked with my Dante was fantastic! Dante is nervous with his paws & we took him in for his nails to be clipped. She was fast, and didn't give him time to recognize what was going on. To be honest, she was done before he knew it & happy 😊 as ever!
I will have no problems taking Dante back to Petco. Plus he gets to meet other pups in the store.

It is a nice smaller Petco store. I only see parakeets in bird section though.
It has guinea pigs, hamsters, etc.
Only freshwater fish. Wide section of Betta fish.
Staffs and friendly so that's a plus.
Usually they have discounts going on and in store price is sometimes even better than online, so I recommend to check it out.

I was actually doing some service work for the store.
They had an adorable cat for adoption, that I was interested in adopting.
The staff was friendly and knowledgable, helped me With all of my inquiries.
I ended up adopting the cat I was interested in, and it helped that they have staff in the store that, that can do all the paperwork right there.
My new kitty and I are very happy!

Definitely get the rewards app it's absolutely phenomenal. The savings is incredible. Definitely a must have app. Today's visit only costed 2.97 and I saved 127.00 dollars

Always have what I need for my Sheepdog!

The groomers did a wonderful job bathing and brushing out my German Shepherd puppy. His nails looked perfect too! Not to mention my kitties nails looked great after their trim too.

Very knowledgable about animals. Helped me select what type of fish and aquarium I should have as a beginner. My cat has no problems with baby girl betta so worked out very well.

Brought my Bulldog in today and was helped out by Katie, she had amazing customer service and was so very helpful. She went above and beyond to checked every food for my dogs specific allergy needs. Great experience!

We have lived in the area since 2000 and have been shopping at this Petco for most of those 21 years. Jeff has always been the most kind, informative, knowledgeable and sincere employee of ANY store that I have shopped in this area. Just recently I purchased a Betta fish and proudly named him in honor of Jeff. Thank you for always helping us with questions whether it's for our fish, dogs, cats and snake!!

I took my dog Alluka (Lulu) for grooming today at the Round Lake Illinois location, and the groomer was from the Highland Park Petco. She did an outstanding job! Clearly followed what I asked for and she delivered!

I was helped in the store by Sasha. She is extremely professional and personable. Sasha really was wonderful when helping me decide on items and also made sure that I was able to get my rewards points when checking out. Kudos to the store for hiring such an excellent employee!

The cashier greeted us and was helpful.
He got Britrany to help me. We just adopted senior cats, yes 2, and needed help in finding the best cat food they sell.
Well, it turns out the most expensive isn't always the best. She explained what a senior cat needs and helped me make a selection. Wonderful experience

The two employees that helped me the other day were great. My dachshund was in pain & I didn't know what to buy but the cashier directed me to an employee that saved the day. Fast & helpful service!
