Yes, the lines might be long, be really, if you will just be patient, you will see that despite the length, they do move fairly fast. One reviewer said that there was 1 person at the window - I'm sure that was only for a brief moment. When I have been, there are always multiple people at the window, and if only 1, it is just for a brief moment. I also can't believe someone is complaining of the weeds and tree outside. That is the commercial property manager's responsibility...how do you know if the post office didn't already call in a service request for the property? All in all, the service at this facility has been adequate. There are some workers here who provide an exceptional experience. Yes, I had the one employee who tried to tell me I needed to pay $8 to send a certified letter, when the other employee overheard, and said I only need to add a label to the letter for $2. Which I knew, so I wasn't concerned. It's just how things go in retail, you will get all kinds of employees, but generally speaking, this is a good post office to go to, and when you need help on something complex, they will do what it takes to help you. By the way, the lines are not always long. Mondays or after a holiday, perhaps. Noon time maybe. The 3rd of the month, when the Seniors are a go-going, yes. But otherwise, not at all a bad wait.

We’ll Mr lb in the lower post, state ALL the facts!!!! You were using Priority packaging(which is free but you must go Priority rate) and wrapping it in brown paper and going 1st class!!!!!! You stated you’ve done it a lot!!! I corrected and educated you and you didn’t like it.

To the letter carrier that helped me on Saturday: you are wonderful you got me out of the crosswalk when my mobility scooter just died. I will never forget you. This is the only way that I can think of to thank you.
BTW I called a local mobility scooter shop and he came and got me at no charge. Thank you very much. Hopefully I'll figure out a way to get ahold of you personally.

They had great service and treated me well. One of my packages got lost in the mail that I was expecting so I went up there and told the clerk what was going on and they called the manager for me to talk to. The manager was really nice and I gave him some info that he asked for to track my package. They said they would call me the next day but instead the mail carrier came to my door to drop off my package. Turns out she read the address wrong on the box. Which is completely understandable because it was kinda smeared and looked like a different number. Overall it was a good experience.

Ive been doing business with this Post Office for about 8 years now. I have never had any bad experience. All of the Postal workers that work up front are Always Friendly, Professional, and Polite to me. The only issue I will have coming here occasionally is after 3pm, the lines seem to always be long and people sometimes are standing outside the doors. But that's not the PO fault, it's just too many people like to show up near 3pm. Anyhow, I like all the Postal workers who assist me when I'm there. Everyone's pretty cool.

I've never had any problems with my mail, it's always been on time and everything delivered properly without damage. I'm also a small business owner that ships things quite frequently, so I've been in to the post office a lot. The staff is cordial, generally fast with their work. The space is clean as well.

This is one of the busiest Offices in the valley. As busy as they are the clerks diligently help each customer as quickly as they can, and have always given me excellent service. Every once in a while A clerk will seam short and without a smile, but I get helped quickly and understand they deal with hundreds of customers a day and have hundreds of thousands Letters and packages running through the system daily- I would be totally stressed and I admire their calm “all business” demeanor.

The front counter workers are great and always help when they can. I feel like many reviewers get mad at the staff when it's actually the postal system and the top people who have made things hard even for the employees. I really like this location and appreciate the staff.

A nicer post office. Gift cards, greeting cards, packaging supplies, and all the mailing services. Can get a bit busy in the afternoons.

Grant helped me today. He was amazing; helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. He taught me stuff I had no idea that I could do to make things run a little smoother for me and honestly idk why they don't make a handbook on some of these things. Thanks again Grant and all the people that work hard to get our mail to us!

This location has bins in the back for business that ship a lot so no waiting in line. Very convenient

I had my package here for a week. When l got there to pick up, l had no wait. The staff were really quick in serving me. I recommend this location.

Had an issue with mail being returned and they looked into it and got it corrected right away. I even had to call back the next day to give some additional information and she knew exactly who I was without me having to go back into detail.

Very Nice employees, also very helpful. I go there often and never have a problem. When the lines are long they bring out additional people to help.

Always courteous and helpful. The few times I have had issues (mis-routed mail) I was helped promptly. Keep up the great work!

I had the most pleasant experience this afternoon with Sun. Always pleasant and friendly.

Convenient location. It is great for the people that live in the Glendale/Peoria area. It is convenient to the 101 Loop.

Went to this post office after the rude customer service I received at the one off of 85th Ave and Peoria, needless to say this is the post office I'll be going to from now on.

Super helpful staff even when swamped with customers. They are fast and are always able to help me with anything I need.
