I was at sun city post office yesterday. The line was the length of the post office. There were two women and one man that was working behind the counter. I thought I would never get out of there. I think it was only about ten minutes and I was out of there. I have never seen such fast good accurate service at a Post Office in my life. Those three people were really really working hard. And they were doing their job which now a days you really don't see much anymore. They should be commanded big time.

I love my post office! The whole team is amazing! I always receive above standard customer service and I appreciate that guys! Great job and service is always on time! These guys are my favorite post office!

Yes I came up here for my passport and Faith had a lot of patience with me because I forgot the money at home... she was very understanding she answered all my questions...I had little knowledge of how to get a passport... thank God she was there to help

PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE WANTING TO DO A PASSPORT WALK IN!

Me and husband went today (Saturday) for a passport walk in appointment. Please know that people get there at like 3a to start lining up! We got there at 4:30a and there were still about 20 people in front of us. We did get in, but know you probably won’t get an appointment if you get there when they open. They start taking and giving appointments around 6-6:30 to accommodate demand, but will only take a certain amount a day.

Giving 5 stars because contrary to other reviews everyone was nice and helpful. Maybe we just got lucky with the staff working that day. Also they are nice enough to have walk ins! Hope this will help some people! I wouldn’t have known to go early if I hadn’t read a review.

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. I specifically went to inquire about obtaining a passport, and they were way more helpful than any info I could find online.

Side note, they allow walk-in appointments on Saturdays, but you likely need to be lined up at the facility before 3am to actually obtain that walk-in appointment.

I went in for my passport application. After I set a appointment, they where fast and really helpful. They went above and beyond, helped me with all my questions. This office is not bad at all. The reviews are not accurate at all. I had a good experience and all my interactions where good. I would recommend this office to friends and family.

I'm surprised by some of the negative reviews here -- I've never used the passport services so can't comment on that, but otherwise I love this USPS location!! By far the most efficient post office I've ever been to in my life -- even with lines out the door around the holidays, things always move fast and it's amazing how quickly they can get through a line. I've entered to find lines all the way out to the other end of the main lobby area and have still managed to be in and out in under 20 minutes -- at other post offices I've waited over twice as long for half the line! Employees are all fast and efficient while still being friendly and providing excellent customer service. I mail packages frequently, as does my brother who also uses this location, and neither of us have ever had any problems. Highly recommend this location! The only negative are the hours -- 9-5 during the week and 9-1 on Saturdays. I wish they were open a little later since I work during the day and either have to run over on my lunch break if I'm working from home, or wait until the weekend (and then make sure I remember to go in the morning so that it doesn't escape me and I miss the one o'clock cutoff).

I was at a dental appointment when the post office attempted to deliver my husband's cremation remains. I took the card down to the post office to claim the parcel and they said it wouldn't be available until tomorrow even though the card said today. When I told them what the parcel contained they immediately searched for it. I learned that the route supervisor had attempted to make the delivery in person and when I wasn't home, made sure the parcel got back to the post office for pickup right away. I so appreciate the kindness I was shown by the post office staff and my carrier's supervisor. Also, I recently moved to a different Sun City location and the postman I had at my old location was wonderful. He knew his customers! Yes, occasionally mail gets delivered to the wrong address but considering the sheer volume the post office deals with I've always found the low error rate to be impressively low. Every one I've ever dealt with at this post office location has been courteous and friendly. I love my local post office and the carriers who serve Sun City residents

I had a passport appointment at 10:30 am, I arrived 10 mins earlier and what was great was that I was done with the whole process before my passport appointment was even scheduled! The service was great and everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend!

literally the most pleasant experience I've ever had at a post office. everyone was wonderfully happy and helpful.

I have been to this location many times and have experienced nothing by great customer service. Yesterday was very busy and I found a line of about 12 people. I had to mail a package so I had to wait. I was out of there in about 10 minutes. The employees there notice the line and open 4 out of the 5 lines. This place has always been quick no matter how many customers there are.

Love the Sun City Post office! All the clerks are extremely helpful. Just recently I had a delay with a card being sent containing a gift card. When I reported it missing they were very helpful and supportive. I will go out of my way to use this facility. Kudos to you all!

It may look like a very long line bug it goes fast. I was all the way back at the end of the store and around the corner. It seemed like it only took about 5 minutes to get served. So if you see a long long line don't leave. It goes pretty fast.

I'm in this post office alot. Awesome staff. They really have a lot of patients dealing with some of the customers that come in here. I get great, reliable service 99% of the time with the USPS.

I haven't had any issues any time I've gone here to send packages off. I'll still come here to continue doing so. Everyone at the counter is nice and accommodating.

Jen was very patient and helpful, certainly made this a quick and easy experience. Not only that, she and her coworkers had such fun energy going on between them!

Best post office around. Fast, friendly and helpful. Almost always a line, but they keep it moving despite the older population that moves slow and doesn't pay attention.
