I had to pick up my DHL package here because they couldn’t find my address for some weird reason. This was the closest location to me, it is 45mins away from me. I was already annoyed because I got another DHL package straight to my house that same day (so there was no reason they couldn’t find my house) and now I had to drive 45 mins to pick up my package. So when I arrived I was already annoyed with the situation. When I walked in it was busy, but I enjoyed the atmosphere. Once it was my turn, the gentleman was very nice and funny and turned my mood around. He was behind in putting the packages into the system, but was able to do that quickly while making jokes and was able to get me outa there quickly. I wouldn’t mind driving to this location again.

Friendly staff, always the best shopping option. Never had an issues. Solid place to rent a mailing box or buy postage. They are very good at packing boxes and don’t have gouge you on shipping supplies like every since UPS store does.

I love doing business with Postal and More. Dj is great. During the covid pandemic, I was forced to seek out a new post office as my post office had lost a lot of very important mail. I am an over the road truck driver, so unfortunately, I can not check my mail every 3 days or every week, hell sometimes it's months before I get there. Having business related documents get lost is not only time consuming, but losing them could cost my business a lot of money in fines.

Postal and more has never lost any of my mail. I started using them in october. I will admit that having your mail shipped to you where ever you may be is not the cheapest option. However, I did receive every piece of mail I had been expecting, and then some things I wasn't expecting.

I will continue business with Postal and more. It saves me money, time, and frustration. In my opinion, that in itself is invaluable.

Still with postal & more, llc after 2 years I think. And still just as happy today as I was when I signed up with them.

I’ll be the first to admit they’re not the cheapest to mail stuff out but for literally pennies more, it saves me time from going to FedEx, UPS, post office etc. plus it’s supporting small business!

Personalized service. They actually remember who you are. The texts when a package arrives to my PO Box is great. I've been with them since I moved here six years ago. I wouldn't change a thing. Yes, independent stores will cost more than the USPS but you are paying for convenience. My time is worth money and this is money well spent.

I always experience the most amazing customer service here. The owner and DJ are two of the most genuine people I have ever met. I do all of my shipping for both person and business here. I love going to Postal & More during the holidays because I always find that best stocking stuffers and decorations for around the house for the winter. They are a great small business to support!!!

I've been a customer of Postal and More for several years. I have always had a good experience and I appreciate their professionalism and most of all their excellent customer service. There is never anything to large or too small that they that they can't handle nor a problem they can't fix. There are so many other stores that offer the same services but few that can make you feel like a friend more than a customer.... especially DJ.

Amazing folks that work hard at making sure you have all the information you need to make sure your parcel gets where it's going as fast as possible! Would recommend them to anyone! Kind, smiling, and genuinely nice folks that always make you feel welcome! 😊

I went in just to mail a check. DJ the gentleman that helped me told me my options as far as what was cheaper etc. Long story short they only do debit/credit cards in purchases over 5$ and i only had 60 cents. He happily covered the rest. I owe him 30 cents next time I'm by, but I just wanted to share his helpful and happy enthusiasm as well as knowledgeable information. Super friendly and helpful staff. They go out of their way to assist you in shipping your goods. Nice selection of boxes to choose from. I highly recommend them over the UPS or FedEx Shipping stores. They are more on a personal level for customer service.

I recently had legal documents notarized and was greatly pleased with the service. The owner is very knowledgeable in this area. Knowing how busy businesses are and how smaller ones are not able to stay open as long as major businesses, I called ahead to confirm what services they could perform, hours, and when was a good time to come. Planning ahead always helps and it is always a good idea to call if you need something in a hurry. If they can't assist me, instead of getting mad, I ask for a referral.

Had to fax a few pages and DJ took care of me. 100% impressed with his customer service. Great store and cheapest fax I found. Definitely be back. Thanks again DJ! I appreciate your time!

The gentleman helping me was very helpful. I just lost my fiancee and I was in need of downloading forms from my phone. With my nerves so rattled, I couldn't figure out how to use my phone.He was very compassionate and help with the forms I needed. Thank you so much.

I used Postal & More for the first time a few weeks ago to send a package to Ireland. I mail packages outside of the US on a fairly regular basis, so have used most of the services available out there. The folks at Postal & More were great, they were very helpful, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. I'm getting ready to mail a package to Ireland again in the next week, and will be going back to Postal & More!
