Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Tried the new Parmesan Garlic Sauced & Tossed Chicken Strips Basket. Hot, fresh, moist, full of flavor. The best chicken strips I've had @ any Fast Food in awhile. Friendly, informative, patient Drive Thru staff. There are not DQ close by so it's a treat when I stop. Wish DQ nationally would get the MGMT, Marketing, updated & well maintained equipment, supply chain issues, financial backing they need to return to their original small towns. Community involvement is a WIN-WIN. Small towns w/all their youth sports & activities yr round are target population. Middle School & HS traveling teams could order ahead so you're not slammed, have time to adequately prepare.

One of the kids forgot to make my chicken sandwich. The girls up front were super apologetic and nice! Got a laugh out of it and a fresh sandwich.

We have always loved our Augusta dairy queen. But today we decided we love them even more. I called to order my 8 year old daughter a flamingo cake. They did not have flamingo cakes in their book online. But they were happy to make her one. When I ordered three days ago I had no idea what we would actually get and boy let me tell you this is the most darling cake I could have even imagined! Thanks DQ! We loved it and it tasted delicious. We will be back to visit soon.

I ordered via the app for curbside pickup. I got there at my appointed time and called the number like you are supposed to. Now, yes it was 4:30 on a Tuesday afternoon, but I waited for 15 minutes with no food delivered. At that point I went in, upset. I waited several minutes before anyone helped me. There was one person on the window, one on the front counter and one sweeping in the grill area with a headset on. She is the only one who helped me (after finishing sweeping and putting her broom away). My food was all made and sitting in the warmer. Just sitting there. Not sure why the girl who helped me couldn't bag it up and bring it out. All I can think is that the guy (Jeff) never let the crew up front know I was there to pickup my order. Hopefully it was a one off and they'll be better next time.

We stop at this DQ every time we had our of Wichita. Our order had always been correct - fresh - and fast!

They are always nice and professional. We will continue stopping here for lunch on our way out of town!

First time at this location, got right in with no wait even though it was kind of "rush hour" which is normally a bad sign, but we got good service and good food. The food came out quickly, as ordered and seemed to have been made right then, the hot good was piping hot and the ice cream had suffered no melt. Overall, good experience.

We've been stopping at this Dairy Queen on our way to Wichita for the past 25 years. It is always clean, friendly quick service and provides a tasty retreat.

Came here late one night for ice cream. Drive through and inside was pretty busy but all things considered they were very timely! Ice cream was great and staff was super friendly and all wore masks properly. I'll definitely be back.

Love the ice cream cakes! Chicken strip basket has always been my favorite and it's the only thing I've eaten since it became a thing!

I like DQ but it's pretty overpriced. For myself and 4 year old daughter it was over $35 for a meal and ice cream.

My whole family loves Dairy Queen! The chicken bites, chicken tenders and hot dogs are we get the most, other than ice cream of course. I love the fact that the football cards have BOGO free Blizzards on them. We ate more ice cream than we should've obviously. 😊

There are not very many Dairy Queen stores still operating. This store was clean and modern with the menu you have come to expect from DQ. Service was quick despite the the continuous rush of customers dining in and drive thru. The food was good as expected.

With a lot of restaurants in the Wichita area closed or struggling due to a boil water advisory in place DQ was really slammed, however, the team was friendly and got us our order quickly in the drive-thru. The Mni Blizzards were delicious!

Although only visited through the drive through, this is one of the best Dairy Queens I've visited! The food was fresh and the Crew was super friendly!

Bathrooms were pretty clean, but concerning that there was no handsoap since employees use the same restroom.

This is a well run DQ, hot food is Always hot & cold food is Always cold. The service is always great & everyone who works here is always super nice. I actually don't like going to the Dairy Queens in Wichita because they just aren't as good food or service wise.

We had gotten the 7 meal deals me son and my dad I don't remember what my daughter ordered as I was getting drinks then... was to finish after a football game..

The establishment was clean. The employees were friendly and quick to greet us. The ice cream was great and they made our order correctly!

Absolutely the best boxed chicken dinner I've had. Chicken pieces were all nice large pieces. Every part of the meal was excellent! I highly recommend this DQ location. Thank you DQ.

I miss the DQ in El Dorado so i stop at the Augusta DQ whenever i get the chance.
