Fajitas, Tapas & Bar

We had a wonderful experience at Fajitas, Tapas and bar! Although the name is a bit misleading with no tapas really on the menu. The owner, Miguel, explained to us that the restaurant theme had changed a bit since opening. Miguel by the way, was phenomenal! For food, we started with the seafood ceviche. He let us know that it’s a white fish ceviche, and man was it crazy delicious! For mains, I had the shredded beef chimichangas lunch portion. The fried tortilla was perfectly golden and crunchy, while the shredded beef was seasoned and cooked to perfection. The hubs had the house fajitas and loved it. For dessert we had to share a slice of tres leches cake. Miguel let us know that his sister makes the cake and I have to say, she nailed it! Thanks for the warm service and great food, Miguel! We’ll be back!

We got the nachos, fajitas and steak tacos. All amazing and very generous portions. Authentic meals. The salsa is AMAZING! Love the guacamole & queso. Margaritas were yummy! The owners, Miguel & Jenny were so welcoming and kind! All of the staff we had met were really nice. Great location. Cool inside and the music was fun. We will definitely go back. Highly recommend Fajitas, Tapas & Bar!

Great food!

We ordered the al pastor tacos, and a Miguel's fajitas. The food was cooked fresh and absolutely perfectly. The seasonings, texture and heat were outstanding! Again can't rave enough about the food. We also ordered a Pinky margarita and a standard margarita both were excellent. The guacamole is fresh and delicious.

The atmosphere is outstanding, definitely gives Mexico city late night Tacos look and feel. We also happen to be there for Thursday karaoke night, if you're into that I would recommend this as an option for sure.

The only downside was they got overwhelmed after we had been served, which is probably not their fault, they were kind caring and attentive up to that point, but I would recommend patients for your dining experience, and enjoy the ambiance and drinks because the food is worth it.

We are as a family on a Friday and had a great meal and margaritas. We got the special, which was authentic arepes, sopes, and empanadas. They were a perfect crispy texture and had delicious fillings of chicken and el pastor. Our 7 year old daughter was happy with her ground beef taco. As a perk the specials were gluten free, made from corn flour entirely. I’m GF and don’t have many opportunities to eat empanadas. The staff was friendly and we even met the friendly owner, Miguel. The margaritas were great, not sweet, and a good value. We’ll definitely be back.

A friend and I went here for a "mom's night out." We both ordered fajitas. I had the vegetarian and she had the blue cheese. We were both happy with our choices. The server was very attentive and friendly. The space was clean and welcoming. I would definitely recommend giving Fajitas, Tapas and Bar a try if you are in the Middleton area.

Food was so good! The empanadas and arepas are Venezuelan, so prepare for a doughy texture instead of a flaky one. They were delicious! Manuel is great.

Best Mexican food in Middleton and possibly even Madison around! Great atmosphere and amazing fresh food. You must try at least once! Def will be looking forward to being a regular here.

If you are in the area and want exceptional food and service this is your place. We had a family of 4 and were given attentive service with a smile. I had the fajitas and would recommend the well executed staple. The soap was exceptional and the margaritas were even better. The had lots of neon and several TV’s which had several sports on during our visit. Excellent service and food to match, check this little gem out.

The atmosphere is cozy, and intimate, with full bar, but it is all about the food. So far I have tried tapas, tacos, and enchiladas. They are all very good, but enchiladas verdes is now my favorite. I joked with the owner that even though I love burritos, it will be hard not to order enchiladas next time. There will be a next time.

Just moved to the area and had a really nice dinner here the other night. The frozen margherita seemed a little pricy but it's a HUGE serving and one of the best frozen margs I've ever had, definitely worth it. I got the blue cheese steak fajita and my partner got the shrimp quesadilla, both were delicious. Tres leches cake for dessert! Definitely plan on stopping in again.

Wonderful dinner! Tacos were some of the best we have found. So many places barely put filling in their tacos. These were well filled and flavorful.

I went to Fajitas,Tapas & Bar on a night they shared samples the food was delicious it truly was an amazing experience. The service was great and the atmosphere was beautiful the music was perfect. The chips and dip was fabulous made there at the restaurant with the authentic salsa sauce. I can’t get enough. My kids and I try to go every week❤ Oh and the price is right, and the serving size is generous 👀❤

The owner is the best, and the food is exactly what I like to call my comfort food. It’s also authentic and gives you a good taste of Mexico 🇲🇽

Best Paloma I’ve ever had. Seriously. Might be because they use some fancy tasty mezcal but it is seriously good. I could’ve had 10 of them.

The New Mexico fajitas were solid. Shrimp cooked perfectly and steak/chicken both flavorful. If I went back I’d love to try the house fajitas with the queso fresco as the one thing that was missing from the New Mexico fajitas was something unique.

Beyond drinks and food, the service is excellent. You can tell they want to take great care of anyone that comes in and take pride in it.

The food and staff here are amazing. Had one of their burritos and was stuffed. They were very light on filler and packed with meat including bacon that added so much to a traditional style burrito. We’ll be back again for sure.

My girlfriend and I visited for dinner and had a blast. Food was awesome, and we were able to affordably get a wide spread of options. Fun atmosphere — lots of TVs. Really good service too. We’ll definitely be back. 10/10 recommend.

Amazing staff, great food, and atmosphere! We were welcomed by Miguel who was so nice and attentive. We definitely are going to be coming back and also book them for a private event.
