Taco Bell

Much better than the other taco bell in town. Certainly not without it's faults but honestly not bad. The wait can be a little long but only because of how busy they get. At the other taco bell you have to wait 10+ minutes per car so this is a huge improvement.

In the 7+ years I've lived in Lancaster this taco bell has been the most accurate fast food I've gotten. Can really only remember one time they messed up an order and they quickly fixed it.

Congratulations to the manager and employees here, this restaurant appears to be running very well. The drive thru was quick (there were about 5 cars ahead of me). The attendant at the window was friendly, quick and professional. The lot was clean and not littered. My fiesta veggie burrito I ordered looked well put together, wrapped carefully and was fresh, warm and delicious. All of your efforts are noticed and appreciated!

We tend to order on the app because they have better combo deals that you can't order at the restaurant. The drive thru service can sometimes take a long time. Food is almost always hot.

Drive thru was quick. Food was accurate. Sat in parking lot to eat. Love taco bell and this one has great service!

I love taco bell but sometimes the quality of their food even for them is kind of low

Drive thru way packed so I went inside. Looked like they was training two new people and boy was they hustling back there. Even tho they was slammed the lady took a deep breath, and greeted me with a smile and a friendly voice. The food took under 5 mins and was spot on Order and taste. And I was very surprised to see the tacos very neat and tidy. It definitely looked better than any McDonald’s meal just thrown in a bag. High five to the crew there you rock

I’m a regular on nights during the week. More often than not they are really fast and on the nights that there’s a wait they are doing their best. They get the order right, the staff is friendly, the food is good, and I’m thankful that I didn’t have to make dinner. Blessed be the tortilla mines.

I was greeted politely by the lady at the front register. The other workers seemed to be keeping busy to meet demands of the drive thru and dine in orders.
The dining area was clean, too.
I prefer this location over others in my 40mile proximity.

Still one of the OG fast food joints. Food is good. People are nice. They get pretty busy sometimes so prepare for the possibility of a wait but if you're craving Taco Bell, we all know you'll wait in line too.

We don't have a car and throughout the whole pandemic we ordered a lot of taco bell through doordash and we still do, this location is amazing. 99% of the time our order is accurate and is actually placed in the bag, here and there items were left out or it had ingredients that were requested to be omitted but everyone makes mistakes. Taco bell is one of the only places that actually does get our order right in Lancaster, and there's time we may have to wait 40 minutes or more but they are absolutely doing their best with the amount of employees they have had.

Usually they do a good job here. The drive thru can be busy but usually is worth the wait. Please don't block other businesses or customers. Take a minute to check your order before driving off. Usually they get it right and you will be very satisfied being their customer.

I was given the wrong order and didn't notice until I was almost home and they replaced it for me 2 days later since I lived 40 mins away. The replacement order was exactly as we wanted. ❤

Best customer service I've ever had at a fast food restaurant! The lady working the window was a pleasure to speak too and nailed every part of my order!
Wasn't skimpy on the sauces either... when I asked for a "hand full" I received a separate sack for my sauce and napkins!
Not to mention we were probably fifth in line during a dinner rush and we were in and out in less than 10 minutes!
What a tacotastic experience!

I have been a customer since this location opened. Always fast, accurate service through the drive-thru and my food is always hot. It's my go-to when I am getting lunch late or need something to carry me over.

Taco Bell is great. Love the online ordering. My order is correct the majority of the time and if not, oh well, not a huge deal.

Always a busy place for a good reason--great food and value. I really have a difficult time making menu choices. It helps make up for their slower drive-thru window. The overworked kitchen staff appear frazzled, but winningly pleasant and respectful.

I really like the nacho Belgrade and strawberry lemonade.

Tamera the night shift manager is amazing and has great customer service. she was so sweet to us. she definitely made our night im sure just as much as we made hers.

This Taco Bell definitely has good things going for them. First time I've used the mobile app to order food and it was a very good experience, especially when there are multiple orders with precise details (no tomatoes on one taco and not the next). The mobile app definitely helps from holding up the drive thru line, especially through the pandemic. Overall, it was a great lunch with my family.
