The staff and everyone there are so friendly. I love the atmosphere. I was 5 days outside of my return and they honored it. I'll never get my shoes anywhere else

My husband stopped by looking for a specific kind of shoe and Taylor was BEYOND helpful! Very knowledgeable, kind and patient. That guy should make commission on his sales, because he really puts his heart into it! Great team member you guys have there!

Love this store. I spent 45 minutes upstairs talking to the employee about hiking. He was able to answer all my questions about a day pack purchase. We also just discussed general hiking stuff as well. I ended up purchasing an Osprey Daylite.

Just stopped in to look and ended up chatting with an associate named Allie. She was super knowledgeable about a multitude of outdoor sports. I always like shopping for my outdoor gear at places that hire practitioners, not just salespeople. Will definitely be returning to this store again.

The customer service here is unparalleled by any other outdoors store I've visited. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, which is surprising given they don't work on commission. The shop has come a long way in the past few years with improvements both in selection of gear/clothes as well as staff. As a locally owned small business, it fits like a gem in the Bridge Street Shopping Centre, and has infinitely more charm and appeal when compared to a conglomerate such as REI or the likes thereof. They also offer a 10% military discount. I will definitely continue to shop there, and recommend it to my friends and fellow outdoorsmen.

Accidentally stumbled in looking for something unrelated to camping. Unbeknownst to me this is a camping store. It just so happens that I’m an avid camper/backpacker. While enjoying a great conversation with the staff, Courtney and Angie helped me find exactly what I was looking for AND suggested a place to eat and even wrote down the address for me. Thank you and mountain high outfitters is doing something extremely right. The entire staff is pleasant and helpful and genuinely enjoys working there. I can’t wait to come back on travel and pick up more gear.

These guys are awesome. I've bought climbing gear, hiking gear... you name it. They know their stuff and they don't mind taking extra time to fit you into the right size and get exactly what you need... even if they have to bring it over from another store which by the way cost nothing extra. They even price-match anybody else's price. Check'em out.

The guy who helped me was very patient and pleasant. He gave good advice and made a paracord bracelet for me on the spot. I bought a new knife, carabiner, and water bottle too. While he made the bracelet, i tried on shoes too and had a great experience.

Love my new Birks! Haven't had a pair of Birks since.....a long time. Thanks for the fit advice, color selection, and getting me in and out on my crunched time. LOVE this little store.
